Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. In Murat itself, a nice little town with character (2 min walk) Train station nearby. Favorably located near the Cantal mountains (Le Plomb, Puy Mary, GR departure) 10 minutes' drive from the Lioran ski resort, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). A small table is available outside. Parking in the house yard or street street No pets or parties please. Warning: our living rooms are located just above the studio. So you may hear some noise during your stay!
