Independent entrance (digicode gate + key box) overlooking common guarded courtyard. Only 1 parking space. Amenities available for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

The Blue House

We are pleased to host you in this charming country house where you will find peace and quiet. Come and discover the castles of the Marches of Brittany, stroll along the Emerald Coast or discover the Bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house is located 10 minutes from the town of Fougères, famous for its medieval castle and its lower town, 30-35 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and 1 hour from Saint Malo. Beaches are accessible in 45 minutes (Granville). Bikes available.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

No need to hurry, here you will be on vacation and enjoy at leisure the region, its medieval cities, its narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and authentic places. Spend a night in an old house, wake up in the morning and feel a little at home to prepare a breakfast. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
