On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

It is a 40 m2 accommodation with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom You have at your disposal in the accommodation: sheets, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, salt, pepper, coffee and tea. Comfortable bedding in the room with a 160x200 mattress A fold-out sofa with a REAL 140 x 190 mattress and 20 cm thick.

I'm happy to welcome you to my home, in my living with my children that we gladly leave to you during our travels. You will be able to enjoy this entire accommodation, located at the foot of Parc de Chezine, in a 4-story residence (3rd). It is a recent building, the common areas are not yet finished, the accommodation is ready to welcome you. You won't be located in the city center (15 min), but rather close to the Zenith and the clinic.
