This newly refurbished studio flat is situated on a quiet street in St Helier. The back of the house leads to a large town park, restaurants and the beach. The quaint high street is 5 mins walk where you can find the main bus station and supermarkets. The flat consists of 1 x King bed and a comfortable sofa bed which sleeps 2, cots and other child care equipment provided on request. Extra guests? there is another 2 bed flat underneath, there is a small cafe and corner shop on the street.

The Annexe Cottage - Self catering dog friendly

I will need your partner/ guest name for house insurance purposes, thank you. Please abide by the rules of your booking “no parties” and your over 21. If your bringing your dog they are not allowed to be left alone in property at any time . No E bike batteries to be left or charged inside the property at any time, only outside on the outdoor plugs.

Relax and enjoy your own private garden. You are 50 meters from the lovely Le Hocq beach, and 300 meters from the Le Hocq bar and Restaurant. The bus stops right out front left to Gorey castle and numerous restaurants, right to St Helier and beyond. You have access to a lock up bike shed and e-bike charging station, should you wish to bring your cycles. quiet lanes directly from property for cycling /walking. Excellent for seascape photography, locations and tide times on request.

This spacious self contained studio apartment with its own separate entrance within a stunning detached property. Located on the main Victoria Avenue opposite the beach . This modern studio has the benefit of private external patio area, perfect for outdoor dining with bbq facilities and Garden furniture and the luxury of a lazy spa. The studio has its own kitchen tv, sofa bed and chair. Sleeps 5 with 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed and 2 single bed. Travel cot also available .

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Outside, you’ll have your own private furnished garden and dedicated parking space. In a central location, 20 minutes from everywhere, you’ll have access to country walks, beaches and shopping. Set in the beautiful countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre.
