You will appreciate my place for the neighborhood, the comfort, my place is perfect for lovers of the sea, fishing boats, sailboats, beaches and walks by the sea, marsh and forest.

Hello, I present to you my main house (therefore fully equipped). 90 m2 house + 1 30 m2 apartment in the garden, 2 independent spaces, 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds + 2 single beds (the mattresses are new). The 2 living rooms are equipped with a sofa that converts into a real bed (new). The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with range and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.
