Bright, modern, functional and very quiet accommodation (in a cul-de-sac with children's games). Located just 50 m from the International Golf Course and 800 m from the Fontcaude Spa, 20 minutes from PALAVAS and 7 km from MONTPELLIER city center. This T2 is located on the ground floor of the villa in which we live, with completely independent and discreet access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because they are in the basement. But adjustable and powerful lighting provides excellent comfort.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.
