Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is very bright and independent on 2 levels, recently renovated, it is located in the countryside with an equipped kitchen, a living room with board games, and books available, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom (140 X 200) +1 bedroom with bunk bed 3 beds, a master suite (160 x 200 + SLB). On occasion you can see sheep, chickens and even wild boars. Beautiful view of Larzac and the Millau Viaduct.

Old house renovated with eco-friendly materials, in the green "Muse Valley", 20 minutes from Millau. There's also a terrace above the water and a garden. Fiber-equipped accommodation! Numerous outdoor activities in the area. Beautiful view of the Brunas take-off (paragliding).
