Renovated couples house w/ 50 km unobstructed view

If you like wide views of rolling hills in Burgundy, this is for you. Fifty kilometers of free view. We've had the neighbor farm house for twenty years+ and still can't get used to it. We (finally) finished renovating this small farm in 2023. It has a new bathroom with floor heating and a shower with a view you'll never forget. The new kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal, plus all the modern stuff. There are two work desks, fiber internet and a patio to stare at the sunrise.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Small 25 m2 house newly created in Urzy. It is located a 3-minute drive from Guérigny where all the shops are and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small single-storey house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 90 cm beds) and is located in a common courtyard. Large secure parking with intercom is just in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining lot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
