Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Come and discover our renovated apartment in a 13th century enclosure tower. Ideally located in the center of the department in a quiet village. You will find a laundry room, kitchen, living room with 140 x 190 sofa bed, large bedroom with 140 x 190 bed, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture at the top of the tower. Stadium parking is a 150 m walk away. Baby cot available on request. Pets not allowed. Linens, towels and cleaning included.

SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 min to Canet beach and Spain, 1 hr to the mountain. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
