In the heart of the village of Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée, tastefully renovated 60 m2 house where you will find calm and serenity. A terrace overlooking the garden will welcome you for friendly moments. You will find all the necessary shops (supermarkets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...). Easy and free parking in the post office parking lot 50 m from the accommodation. 2 steps from the cable car that will take you directly to the slopes of Auron. Located 6 km from our village.

The living area features a light-colored couch adorned with cushions, a circular coffee table, and a cozy armchair. Large glass doors lead to a terrace with views of the snowy mountains. A television and a decorative cabinet complete the space.
