this apartment is very well located for visiting the castles of the Loire and also discovering the city, its restaurants, bars and especially the magnificent banks of the Loire. Foot on the ground also ideal for cycling the Loire: i have a secure bike storage. Bedroom 1 overlooks an inner courtyard, the living room and kitchen overlook Rue Colbert and bedroom 2 overlooks a small street, my apartment being corner. Breakfast is included with local produce.

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

"Villa" Mondoux 15 min from Tours

For 10 years now, we have had the pleasure of welcoming guests to our cottage, part of an old building in Tours. Winter 2025 was therefore an opportunity to close the cottage for a few months, in order to carry out a complete renovation... Repair of the roof and insulation, in order to enjoy cooler summers and warmer winters :-) , and resumption of all the paintings and finishes of the accommodation. We can't wait to welcome guests again!
