Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

The sleeping area features two single beds with white bedding, positioned adjacent to each other. Soft lighting is provided by decorative bedside lamps on either side. A window, dressed with light grey curtains, allows natural light to illuminate the space.

Small 25 m2 house newly created in Urzy. It is located a 3-minute drive from Guérigny where all the shops are and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small single-storey house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 90 cm beds) and is located in a common courtyard. Large secure parking with intercom is just in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining lot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.

The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).
