5 minutes walk from the bustling village of Plaisance and 14km from Marciac, famous for the annual jazz festival. In the heart of the Plaimont wine area, local bars and restaurants are easily reached as are Aignan and Lupiac with their swimming lakes and lakeside restaurants. We are opposite a public swimming pool and crazy golf and near the banks of the River Arros. The Pyrenees, Bordeaux and Toulouse are all within a 2 hour drive and Lourdes with its famous pilgrimage site is an hours drive

Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. The house is fully renovated, with 4 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and there is a 5th Bedroom /Library with a Double Sofa Bed. The White Bedroom has a Kingsized Bed & a Single Sofa Bed. There is a grand salon with seating for 12 and a large dining table with seating for 12, a kitchen breakfast room, a Library/Bedroom 5 and cloakroom.
