A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

In one of the most beautiful regions of the Loire, Anjou, crossed by its many rivers, with a wonderful view of peaceful pastures, the Gite la Chevalerie estate is an enchanted haven of peace 30 minutes from Angers by car, close to Nantes and the beauties of the Loire. Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting, set with oaks and ash trees, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a pond.
