The moment we saw this house it was a ‘coup de cœur’ and we fell in love with the beautiful stone building, surrounded by vines & beautiful, uninterrupted views of vineyards. We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

Somptueuse Villa en pierre près de Saint-Emilion

La Villa est un manoir en pierre entièrement rénové de 275 m2. Le rez-de-chaussée est composé de la cuisine, la salle à manger, du salon, de Wc ainsi que d’un cellier où est à votre disposition un lave-linge. 1er étage : Deux chambres équipées d’un lit 160x200 et de rangements (armoire, penderie ou commode) et d’un bureau avec un grand lit et une TV. 2ème étage : Une chambre équipée d’un lit 160x200 et une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche et un salon TV avec un grand lit et un bureau.

Situé en extrémité d'une longère en pierre typique de l'entre deux mers, sans vis à vis, cette maison de campagne vous offre un panorama sur les prairies entourant le petit hameau de trois maisons. Le logement est un ancien gîte rural fraîchement remis au goût du jour pour la location Airbnb, avec l'ajout d'une petite piscine creusée. Dans une maison du XIXe et son parc de 5000m2, rénovée en 2020, profitez d un logement indépendant de 90m2 dans une aile de la maison, avec sa cuisine, sa salle de bain, une chambre parentale de 15m2 avec lit double, une chambre de 11m2 pour enfants avec 2 lits simple (transformable en lit à 180), de son salon de 30m2, et d'une terrasse privée.
