You have a 78-square-meter winter house with two bedrooms and an electrified barn with two different sleeping areas. A total of 8 beds. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna, you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowing boat are also at your disposal.

A spacious living area features large windows that provide views of the lake. A comfortable sofa and armchair are arranged around a glass coffee table, while a dining table is set for six. Natural wood elements create a warm ambiance, complemented by soft lighting.

A high-quality holiday home completed in 2023 on the shore of Vuohijärvi, a lake with clear water and plenty of fish. Repovesi National Park 13km. Living area 110m2. 6-person hot tub, 2 air heat pumps, 2 fireplaces, spacious wood-heated beach sauna, 1 toilet and shower in the main cabin. Electric car charging for an additional fee. Child-friendly sandy beach. SUP boards, rowboat, summer games. Wi-Fi, monitor, keyboard, mouse. The sauna cottage offers the peace of a private cottage, for example, for grandparents, teenagers, etc.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cottage Kääpä 8 (max. 7 people) On the terrace of the cottage, there is a hot tub that can be rented separately. (€100/day) The cottage's courtyard also has a gazebo where you can spend time enjoying nature. Downstairs there are 3 cozy bedrooms and 1 bedroom upstairs on the loft. The distance to the shore of Lake Saimaa is ~500 meters. ~900 meters from the cottage, there is a private beach, a barbecue hut and our rowing boats for rent. Linen/towel rental 15€/person.

Valkko's wonderful nature and proximity to the sea, e.g. the beach nearby, allow for a variety of outdoor and sports activities. You can come to us even by paddle boat. This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The cottage offers a 180-degree view of the lake. The house is bright and spacious. And you can even see a pair of otters on the lake from the window. The nearby rapids offer beautiful views and spot a Beaver family in the area. A separate sauna building, which will be completed in 08/2025, will also have a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage in a very beautiful location makes it easy to relax and enjoy good company.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

The kitchen area is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and coffee maker. A dining table for two is placed under a contemporary light fixture. Light-colored cabinetry and a neutral palette contribute to a bright and airy atmosphere.

Come and do remote work, vacation, study, or otherwise be in the middle of nature in the lakeside scenery of Lake Saimaa! The market is only about 5 km away, XAMK about 7 km, the nearest bus stop 1.5 km and Visulahti 4 km. The nearest store is 3.5 km away (S-Market Peitsari). Prisma and Citymarket are 4 km away and there you will find the nearest restaurant, as well as Visulahti. The outdoors is either jogging, enjoying the deck, or visiting the woods.
