250 feet from beach sand at Wells Beach!

Located 300 feet from the sand at Crescent Beach. Our economy rooms feature 1 queen bed, wifi, cable, a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning and coffee maker. Each unit has outdoor seating on a shared porch. There is no smoking in the room or on the shared deck, but we do have a designated smoking area. Property quiet hours are 9 pm - 9 am. This is a yard view room and does not have an ocean view. Maximum guest is 2 people and infants need to be entered as children.
