It is centrally located. Only a few minutes to the highway ramp, from there you can get to: - to Saarlouis in about 15 km - to the Saarschleife in round 40km - to Luxembourgish Border 45km - to the French border 30km Shops for daily needs, doctors, etc. can be found in the village. The Litermont with its eventful summit tour is within walking distance or by bike from the house. There is a beer garden, restaurant and an adventure mini golf course.

It has two private parking spaces, a lockable bicycle storage room, a new Nolte kitchen and a large and very sunny balcony. Ideal as a central starting point in Saarland as well as for hikes. Cozy 45 square meter apartment located on the outskirts of Saarwellingen with direct highway access. Walking/forest trails are less than 5 minutes from the property. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment. The bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Various shopping facilities are located in the nearby center of Saarwellingen. (Bakeries, banks, doctors, discounters and much more)

Our cozy loft apartment was extensively renovated in 2021, is about 60 m² in size, equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom. The sleeping area can be reached via a small staircase. Directly below is another bedroom, which has a sofa bed, a wardrobe, as well as a dressing table. There are also two storage rooms where you can hang your laundry and store food.
