Puutikka beach villa

A complex on the shore of the magnificent Puruvesi, with a spacious log villa, sauna cabin, storage, a log cabin (house), your own peace and your own private sandy beaches with large piers. The villa is 2-storey, living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, small toilet, bathroom with shower, electric sauna, toilet and washing and drying drum. Upstairs, there is a workspace and a sofa bed that opens. The sauna cabin has a wood stove, a sofa bed and cottage furniture. In connection with the warehouse building, there is a small accommodation space with a bunk bed.

Welcome to enjoy the winter in the national landscape of Punkaharju. The cabin is 100 meters from the shore of Saimaa Pihlajavesi. Rowan water, birch sap and spruce water are the favorite drinks of ice fishermen. Extensive trail network and cross-country skiing trails in the area. In the center of Punkaharju there are grocery stores, a pharmacy and a gas station, 8 km away. 30 km to Savonlinna, 6 km to the nearest railway station Lusto. 350 km to Helsinki. Nearby Forest Museum Lusto and Wood Species Park with marked trails and hiking trails.

Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Various cultural evenings are often held here.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Saimaa's Swan Bay

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a beautiful setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The outdoor hot tub, rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants all year round.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Peaceful beach cottage Mörkölä

A small and cozy cottage on the shore of Lake Simpelee with solar electricity. Private beach, rowboat, sunny and peaceful location. The cottage has a kitchen; coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stem vacuum cleaner, Sauna with summer water. Separate bedroom with Yankee bed. Sofa bed on the side of the cottage. New freezing toilet on the side of the dressing room. No mains. gas grill. Renovated floor, kitchen and terrace for the cottage in spring 2025.

Villa Myllymäki

Built on top of Myllymäki with your own hands, it's easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the stunning scenery. The entire window the size of the end wall frames the stunning lake scenery. The farm has about 40 acres of animal grazing forest that guarantees easy and great hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10km by car or 6km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Renovated historic cottage

Along the narrow waters, a historic castle room wow Savonranta by the Orivirra that connects Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the surroundings renovated to its new splendor. There are two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the dock at the cottage, i.e. the fish are transported through the dock.

Enjoy the cottage atmosphere in a modern apartment building - the lake is so close that the balcony has the sound of waves. Renovated and bright home is located on the shore of the clear-watered Lake Saimaa, about 2 km from the city center. It's easy to get here by car, bus or on foot. The balcony shines in the evening sun, so the temperature in the apartment is pleasant even in the heat.
