In unserer Wohnung genießt Ihr euren Urlaub in direkter Nachbarschaft zu Sachsens pulsierendster Metropole. Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

The flat (approx. 60 square metres) is located on the 1st floor of the old manor house. It offers space for 5 - 6 people. In addition to a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, there is a modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms including a living room. With the exception of the bathroom, which is very modern, the rooms are painted in traditional colours and furnished with historic and modern furniture. The courtyard and park can be used by our guests. The wifi has been newly installed & is super stable.

The beautiful clay house is located on a small hill, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. The cozy courtyard offers a wine-growing pergola with plenty of space, as well as sunny breakfast spots in the yard or in the garden behind the house. But even in the colder season, the house invites you to linger. For example, by the fireplace in the spacious kitchen or playing music in the piano room with a beautiful view over the village and the nearby mansion. Private use/detached!

The listed accommodation is a designer apartment of about 70 square meters with parking in the first row on CAPE Zwenkau. The integrated floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the Zwenkauer harbor while providing a pleasant daily light radiation. The two sun terraces are accessible through the living room and offer the ideal opportunity for relaxation with a Muschelloun bed and a wooden table with several seating options.

The houseboat "Geiselruh" is located in Braunsbedra and impresses guests with its view of the lake. It was built in 2016, and since 2021, it has been anchored in Germany's largest artificial lake, Geiseltalsee. The modern 40 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV and a DVD player.
