60sqm with one bedroom, a reading room and a living room. Right it the historic center, few minutes walking from everywhere. Perfect for couples also can host kids under 15yo: 150cm size bed, junior bed and baby cot. 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. Completely equipped: ac, heating, wifi, tv-dvd, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking equipment. The stairs at our building are a bit steep like most in the old town, no elevator.

4 Star **** Guest Room in a Gorgeous rustic chalet with holiday rental license. Only just a few min away from the many beaches ,mountains and fantastic Calvia coast life. Located on a little hill in a very quite and peaceful little village with a stunning view over the mountains of Costa de la Calma. House located in a village declared a Site of Cultural Interest. It is located in the interior of the island. Perfectly connected, it has a bus/train stop. Ideal for cycling!! It has easy access to the highway, you can easily reach beautiful beaches of the island. In addition, you can visit markets and wineries in surrounding villages. ..It should be noted that there is a playground at the town's entrance.

MODERN APARTMENT IN LA ARENA, ACROSS FROM THE SEA

This apartment is the closest to the sea and is next to the sand with direct pool and beach access. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private sun loungers. There is community wifi and also a higher quality, private and free wifi exclusively for my guests

Nice house 300 meters from the sea with a small garden, terrace and porch. Recently built. Two bedrooms, one bathroom + outdoor shower with hot water. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one open space. Very comfortable and bright. Very complete furnishings. Very quiet street near the sea in an area with magnificent beaches. Parking is always available in front of the house.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

VERY QUIET LITTLE HOUSE

A LITTLE HOUSE LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF BINIARAIX, IN A VERY QUIET PART OF SOLLER. IT IS LOCATED NEAR THE BINIARAIX RAVINE. 5 MIN FROM THE CENTER AND 12 MIN FROM THE BEACH. IT HAS A LARGE TERRACE AND INCREDIBLE VIEWS FROM ALL ROOMS. The Covid-19 cleaning and disinfection protocol is strictly followed.
