There is a dedicated footpath and cyclepath to this lovely Hamlet from Beaulieu. Once your reach the 18th century shipbuilding village there is an old pub, ice cream parlour, the old workers homes which you can visit and a grassed area to chill. All along the water's edge with amazing views. A lovely 2 mile bike ride or walk.
