Just a short distance from the main Bolderwood car park is a wooden viewing platform. Adjacent to the car park is a large flat grassy Forest lawn, perfect for picnics! Bolderwood can become a bit congested during the better weather and school holidays. There are also some easy graded walks (1/2, 1 and 2 miles) and a large picnic area amongst the tall trees.

Definitely worth the drive out to the New Forest to experience this spot... if you are lucky the deer will come right up to you!
