  • The place is super clean and spacious! It’s also located to a bunch of mountains, Okemo, Bromley and Stratton! It’s perfect for a family of 4. Easy check in and check out

  • I had a pleasant stay at Stephen's. It was clean, comfy, and cozy, and I appreciated the amenities he provided. It was great for a short retreat. Getting there is a bit on unpaved roads so having a 4w drive helped. Hope to return again, with some fresh snow!

    Lois2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place!

    Jonathan2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to stay if you’re planning a ski trip in that area. The place is clean and in great shape. Stephen is a great host.

    Rob2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Stephen's place is amazing. It is clean, close to many different outdoor activities, and provides the secluded location one would look for in a trip to Vermont. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Vermont stay here!

    Alejandro2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent space that was only 35 minutes away from Stratton Mountain ski area. Communication from Stephen was quick and informative. Check-in was a breeze. The space was more than enough for the two of us. But, it will easily accommodate 4 easily. The back roads were a bit tricky with fresh snow. But, they were cleared by the time we got back from the mountain. All told, you will not find a better value if you're skiing the local mountains.

    William2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • This place was perfect. It was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, the beds were really comfortable, the shower was hot with decent pressure, the kitchenette was well stocked, and the heat worked really well. Check-in was easy and low maintenance. We had a problem with the wifi when we initially arrived which I worried about at first because none of us had cell service, but Stephen responded promptly and resolved it quickly and we had no issues for the rest of our stay. We were 15 minutes or less from Okemo Mountain so it was perfect to come back and relax after a long day on the mountain. Stephen even provided extra small amenities like coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime on the TV. The place well exceeded my expectations for the price and location. Would absolutely recommend and plan on coming back for sure.

Located on a quiet country road just three miles from the historic Weston Playhouse and the Vermont County Store. Only minutes from Bromley and Magic Mountain and a short drive to Stratton and Okemo. Close to hiking trails, X-country skiing, outlet shopping and Hapgood Pond State Park. There is always plenty to do or do nothing at all. Perfect for a romantic couples weekend or a family getaway.
This charming retreat offers three bedrooms, two baths, a wood stove, an outdoor gas grill, and a full kitchen to cook a meal from your local farmer’s market finds. Don’t feel like cooking? You could always make your way to one of the area's best restaurants. The house would be most comfortable for a couple or a family of four. While we encourage you to unplug when you are here, there is wi-fi, Apple TV and some cell service. In the winter, an all wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle is required.

  • Great cabin for a ski trip. Very close to Okemo, Bromley and Magic as well as Ludlow and Londonderry. Sara is a great host, responsive, accurate photos, easy entry, well tended property, etc. Highly recommend.

    Ravi2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome cozy little home with a great view. Sara was awesome and was very helpful with anything necessary.

    Anthony2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Sarah’s charming Vermont home was an excellent value for the location. We skied at Okemo (25 min away) and Bromley (10 min away) during our stay. The beds were comfortable and had wonderful warm down comforters. The kitchen has only the bare necessities (no cheese grater or potato peeler, etc.) so plan ahead if you want to cook. The only issue we had was there was no central heating upstairs or in the living room which could get a little cold. Sarah was always quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay again!

    Jessica2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable and clean home! Great spot for trips to Bromley and Stratton Mt!

    Kelly2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Sara's place for a weekend ski trip. It's in a great location, situated only 15-30 minutes from Stratton, Okemo, Bromley, and Magic Mountain. The house is a very typical New England cabin, with great amenities and a homey feel. The wood stove in the living room made for wholesome nights sitting around the fire, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great house for anyone looking for a quiet Vermont getaway!

  • Kada's space is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place for us while we skied the days away and needed a relaxing comfortable space to come back to. It's great for a couple or a family looking for a private, relaxing environment. We would definitely book a stay here again.

    Paul2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • A warm, cozy home away from home set on a beautiful piece of land. Kada added special touches that added to the magic of our stay. Thank you 😊 Your thoughtfulness is appreciated!

    Kim2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Kada's home is a great place to stay for an Okemo ski weekend! 25 minutes from the mountain, the private apartment has a mini-kitchen (w/ coffee maker, refrigerator, plates/utensils, microwave), living room area, private bath and many thoughtful touches to ensure you have all you need.

    Lindsey2020-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, hosts were great and very prompt with responses. A few things to note is there is not a full kitchen and the house is at the end of a long unpaved road.

    Tim2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Kada & her family were great hosts! The space was very clean and well put together. We enjoyed our stay during our Okemo ski trip.

    Brandon2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Kada was great from the moment of booking until checking out. Gave us some great recommendations, and it was an easy drive to Okemo Mountain to ski.

    Aj2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Kadas place was perfect for a couple days of skiing! Tucked in the woods, extremely cozy, very short and beautiful drive from Okemo!

    Stephen2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • Very welcoming hosts as well as beautifully lit fence/path on way up the driveway. Nice parking spot right outside apartment entrance. Awesome modern/rustic decor. It was a short two night stay for skiing at Okemo which was about 25-30 min away. So nice to come back to this cozy apartment, get warm and rested for the next day . I highly recommend this apartment and host. Hope to be back again

  • Diane's house was perfect for 6 of us. The wood burning stove was amazing and space and layout was perfect. It was a cozy house and the kitchen had all of the amenities for cooking. We skied at Stratton and walked the trails, 5 minutes from the house. It was perfect and highly recommend. The only negative is that the upstairs bathroom shower can't be used for an adult to shower in. It's at slanted roof. We all had to shower in the 1st floor shower. Otherwise it was perfect!

    Lisa2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our long weekend at Diane's place. It was comfortable with many helpful amenities. The closeness to Bromley worked out really well for us, and we enjoyed stopping for hot chocolate at the general store on the way home from the mountain. (Much better quality than in the lodge!) Once the place warmed up, we stayed toasty all weekend despite sub-zero temps. We would definitely stay at Diane's place again if we come back next year!

    Valeri2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great location near Stratton and the catamount trail was accessible from the back yard. Ample space for all 6 of us. We had a great stay and will be back!

    Lindsay2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Diane's place was very clean, cozy and comfortable! Ideal location, minutes from Bromley Mountain. It snowed while we were there and a truck came to sand the driveway early before we left which was great and appreciated. There was plenty of wood so we could enjoy the fireplace each night. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if they wanted quiet and a nice living room for all 4 of us to watch movies together at night. We had a great stay!

    Gail2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Diane's house was just as advertised, and a perfect spot for a few of us to stay during a local wedding. We didn't have much time at the house but would have loved to take advantage of the outdoor space- we'll have to come back!

    Heather2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Diane’s place is wonderful. This quiet and cozy spot in the woods was great to come home to after long days of fishing. I know many people visit this area for the skiing, but Diane went the extra mile and then some to share her local fishing knowledge and some of her favorite spots. This is an amazing place off the beaten path.

    Brett2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Diane's house in the woods was the perfect locale for us while exploring Manchester and the area. The home is clean, spacious, well laid out, nicely furnished. We particularly look for a functional kitchen when staying at airbnb's, and this one did not disappoint. To this 'city mouse', Diane's is a charming stay in the secluded woods of Vermont, but not too far from the busier town of Manchester. Thank you Diane!

    Sherry2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • This was such a lovely stay... It's a quiet area, a bit off the beaten track, but close to fun excursions like the not-to-be-missed Hapgood Pond Recreation Area and low-key, family-friendly Bromley Summer Adventure park. The queen bed upstairs was ultra comfortable, the fire pit out front was wondrous for our city slicker kids. The cozy wood stove heated the house beautifully and would be a joy to sit on front of in the winter after skiing. The closest, large grocery store we found was in Manchester, VT (a very good, clean, well-stocked Shaws), but very close to the house, there's JJ Hapgoods, an excellent restaurant selling a few gourmet, VT-made items on the side. Be aware that the closest route to Hapgood Pond is a private road that's closed off by a locked gate; make sure you map to and from that destination via VT-11. Kind, thoughtful hostess, great communication. If we didn't have a place near Sugarbush for winter skiing, we'd book a winter trip back to Diane's home in a heartbeat.

  • I can’t even begin to explain the level of hospitality shown by the owner and staff at The Upperpass Lodge. I was so lucky to find it on a whim! The price is AMAZING for what you get. I highly recommend staying for 28 days or more. The discount for a long stay was awesome. My room had a balcony, and it was really convenient to have a few restaurants nearby. If you want a quiet stay in a rural area, this place is amazing. I would definitely rate it as one of the best AirBNBs in Vermont. Thank you to the Upperpass and all of its staff.

    Jacqueline2018-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay so much we extended to another day.

    Scott2017-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • I spent three nights here recently for a snowboarding trip and it was the perfect location for what was needed. The place is cozy and has a family feel to it. Vince and Melissa were great and very helpful throughout our stay. The food at their restaurant was also amazing, Wednesday night half off burgers and beer was a fantastic and welcomed bonus. Just keep in mind that the restaurant is not open every night of the week. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area. (P.S. Brico and Trigger, the dogs of Vince and Melissa, were absolutely adorable as well)

    Analisa2017-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Our host Vince and his crew have raised the bar for lodging and restaurants. "The Red Slate" has a chef who had us coming to dinner wondering if our last meal could be topped. It was... Don't miss the food here. The Upper Pass Lodge is managed by a true professional. Vince and his crew will make you want to move in for good. The location is perfect for seeing all of southern Vermont. You could not ask for more. Don't miss "The Upper Pass Lodge".

    Joseph2016-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • What a warm, welcoming family environment! This is the perfect place for you, the kids and dog! The room has everything you need and there is hot coffee and muffins waiting for you in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

    Veronica2016-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • For my first AirB&b experience, this was great. We were looking for a really inexpensive night in central VT, passing through, but didn't want anything too "low rent". This was extremely clean and comfortable. The innkeeper was friendly and helpful and also poured a nice maple bourbon at the bar! Is the place modern and updated? Well. Not really, but it's a ski chalet! Even for summer, just casual and also if you have kids it's great. And as I said, comfortable and clean which to me is the most important thing. I wish I could have brought my dog on the trip because he would have been welcome here! I would definately recommend.

Upstairs bedroom with queen size bed in artisan built home on ten acres. Enjoy the view over wetland, streams, gardens and wildlife just a half mile from the quaint parish village of Westminster West. Between Putney and historic Saxtons River.
The bedroom offers closets, drawers and shelves as well as a window seat overlooking the gardens and wetland. Hardwood floor, handmade tables and lamps, and personally designed mirrors accent the room.
The village of Westminster West is a return to a simpler way of living. The nearest stores are in the neighboring towns of Putney or Saxtons River. Area folks love to bicycle or walk the rolling roads that wind through the forested landscape as well as area farms. From my house, guests can walk the three mile "loop" that winds around and through the village area. Close to The Putney School, Landmark College, Greenwood School, and Vermont Academy.

  • Gail's house is beautiful! She built it herself and each aspect, from walls to furniture, is artistic and thoughtful. We had a cozy stay. The place was very clean and Gail was great with communication. I'd stay with her again!

    Yucheng2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first stay using Airbnb it it was very enjoyable. Gail was very accommodating and there were little, thoughtful touches in her home that made it unique. She also offered a wealth of suggestions as to where to go and what to do. I would recommend her to anybody who asked.

  • Gayle has a very unique and beautiful space. We enjoyed the lovely warm atmosphere of her house and the tales of how it was built. A must see Air B&B! Close to many great hikes and lovely setting.

  • A real artist living an intentional life. To sit and talk with Gail will give you inspiration to go and live your life to the fullest.

    Nicole2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Gail’s house is unique with its charm. She made it herself over 20 years. I was completely impressed. The room was better than I expected. It was cozy and had light. One of the windows overlooked a pond and the other window overlooked her garden in the woods. The bathroom bath/shower was beautiful. I wish I had a shower like that. The water pressure was good. Gail let me use her kitchen and when I was running late she cleaned up after me. Our conversations were interesting and fun. I always love getting to know the people who run Airbnb‘s. Five stars for her kindness and hospitality.

    Theodora2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Gail's home is a gorgeous, comfortable, quiet, beautiful retreat into the woods. The location is ideal and her property is breathtaking. The natural surroundings are inspiring and incredible. Gail was a perfect host and she is a fantastic human being. She showed me all around, answered all of my questions, and gave me great suggestions for local flavor. She was a delight to converse with and share stories with and I came away from the weekend all-the-better. Don't think twice about booking!

The tiny kitchen has all you need to make coffee, cook on the grill, fire, or in the toaster oven.
If you love to camp but would like to try Tiny house living, this is for you. Our tiny house is on eleven beautiful acres. The main area has a tiny kitchen. • The place was wonderful! It was definitely an experience I will remember! If your looking for a good country experience this is the place! Very tiny but so cute! But the people and animals are so great!

    Abby2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • The trip was a fun relaxing time for my kids (6&*) and I. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the kids got to play with and feed many of the animals. Just lovely.

    Amy2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • What a delightful weekend away!! Yes, the house is quite “tiny” and there were some details to learn about a “composting toilet” for this city girl, but the space is very well-organized and every inch is used smartly. The very best parts, however, are truly the beautiful scenery (the lush greenery, the rolling mountains, and a breathtaking sunset to look at while soaking in the hot tub), the property (with all sorts of animals ready to be petted/ played with), the hospitality from our lovely and gregarious hosts, the fire pit, dining al fresco, the fabulous hiking, kayaking, and fruit-picking all within a reasonable driving distance added up to just the most perfect weekend getaway for two city dwellers!

    Carina2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Sharon and Alan are so incredibly kind and friendly; they take amazing care of their animals and treat all of their guests so well. We had a ball seeing their animals, and their farm store food is delicious. We hope to make it up again soon!

  • Perfect, relaxing getaway. Please read the description! This is a farm and a VERY tiny clean house. Any negative reviews here are reflective of not reading the description. You get exactly what they say you get! This was perfect for what we wanted and we had one of the most enjoyable times! Such a chill, relaxing and comfortable environment. Sharon and Robin were super down to earth, easy and enjoyable to talk to. There isn’t anything negative I could possibly say. Definitely plan to return!

  • Super cute cottage! My boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing time out of the city and this is exactly what we got. We specifically booked this because pets are allowed, and my pup loved the cottage & outdoor space just as much as us!

  • Excellent stay as described in the posting, Brian was very accommodating and helped with all my needs!

    Sujay2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Sweet cabin and efficient space with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy walk to the center of Grafton, where we especially enjoyed the Nature Museum and history museum. Brian was responsive and especially helpful when we locked ourselves out without the code.

  • Brian's place was exactly what we needed. It was a perfect location. An easy walk to town. A lovely setting and property. We had everything we needed and what a cozy spot. Brian was easy to comminicate with and very helpful.

  • Brian's place was ideal for our weekend in Grafton. We had a great time!

    Daniel2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Honestly, the photos of this place don’t do it justice. The cottage was/is much better than I expected in that it’s more updated than appears in the photos and the property is a lot more than what you’d expect to find. I was looking for a quiet escape from NYC, and this place fit the bill exactly. The town literally has no cell service (unless you have AT&T, but don’t worry the cottage has WiFi). And it’s nestled in the VT mountains near plenty of places to hike and enjoy the outdoors. As others have mentioned, it’s on a river/creek which is really nice. There’s a fire pit on site with all of the needed materials. And the place is located a 10-12 minute walk from the village of Grafton where you can find a market store and a couple of good dining options. Would highly recommend to anyone and i would definitely stay again.

  • Brian's cottage is a great place to stay if you are in the Grafton area. It's clean and has all the essentials that you would expect from an Airbnb stay. It's ideal for couples and small groups. For us the best feature of the stay was the Saxton River in the backyard.

    Shail2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at the cottage in Grafton. The space was perfect for just me and my competition dogs. There is a huge yard for the dogs to play in and a cheerful stream for them to wade in. It was quiet and peaceful. I loved that you could actually cook in the kitchen. Thank you so much for sharing your cute cottage with us!

Walk out your door to great views of Putney mountain, beautiful sunrise and mist floating down the valley. The studio apartment has a large yard, duck pond, fire pit, and hot tub. Everything you need to cook, and relax is here for you. Roam eleven acres, visit our animals or just relax. The farm is close to a great swimming hole (5 min drive) 25 min to Stratton Mt, 40 min to Mt Snow, 15 min to Grafton Ponds Cross Country Skiing and Townshend State Park.
The basement studio is new and we think a great addition to our farm. We wanted to offer a year round rental so more people could have an affordable place to stay for the ski season as well as the summer and fall months.
  • I had such a great stay at misty mountain farm. Sharon made check in so easy and provided tons of information about the farm, animals, and local hiking. From watching the sunrise over the mountain in the morning, to stargazing in the hot tub at night, this place was a perfect weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

  • Cozy farm in the mountains of southern VT. Lots of friendly animals to visit and a beautiful property! The studio has pretty much everything you need for your stay. Great location near lots of great sights and hiking/skiing/... areas! Or just a nice place to hang out and relax. Thanks!

  • This place is a quiet peace of heaven. It is conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. You will not regret staying here. Barbara and Richard

    Barbara2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in the studio, 3 of us. We had room to do everything, and enjoyed the property very much! Hot tub was fantastic! Animals were fun and friendly. Host is quick to reply to any messages. The farm is on a mountain, make sure you have the right vehicle if it’s winter. ( we didn’t.... lol.... we did ok, but would have been better in 4 wheel drive) If you are light sleeper, bring earplugs. Studio is in basement and you can hear sounds from upstairs. It’s worth the bit of noise..... trust me, the farm, property, and entire package is worth some slight noise.

Deep in the West River Valley region of Windham County, Lawrence Cottage Loft has a gorgeous setting upon Windham Hill. If you long for serenity and beauty, we have the perfect escape for you. We are convenient to all local amenities and activities and an easy drive from Boston or New York. We are near Townshend, Jamaica and Lowell Lake State Parks, as well as Tater Hill Golf Club and Stratton Mountain Resort. This is Vermont--of course we welcome people of all backgrounds.
We serve a continental breakfast with home baked goodies. Lawrence Cottage Loft is an attic floor-through studio, only one flight up. It has windows on three sides, a half bath, microwave, compact refrigerator and a locking door. The ceiling is a low, asymmetrical gable that is 6 feet (1.8 meters) at its highest point.
Lawrence Cottage Loft is located on a gentle hillside in an area of stunning natural beauty. We are at the end of a long, private driveway and our neighbors are fairly distant. Old stone walls crisscross the fields and forests that were farms and grazing lands long ago. There are vast, open meadows adjacent to our property as well as a trail system through the forest. Appropriate footwear is recommended.
  • ken and rebecca were great hosts who were available to us when we needed them but also let us do our own thing. we were using their cottage as a home base for a bike tour, and so we loved the big, homemade breakfasts of scones, granola, yogurt and fruit. the bedroom was very cozy, private, and peaceful. lots of neat books to look at! if you are taller than 6 feet, the ceiling may be too low for you. we'd definitely stay there again on our next vermont bike trip!

    Heather2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely stay in the middle of beautiful, remote Vermont! The views from their house are gorgeous and we enjoyed walking around the area to see the amazing views and play with a friendly horse next door! Rebecca and Ken are so lovely and thoughtful, and provided every amenity that we needed. We enjoyed talking with them about their music and travels, and absolutely devoured Rebecca’s homemade scones! We stayed here on our way up to Stratton Mountain, and it was a great location with great value. Took us about 30 min to reach the ski village, and even stopped to see some wooden bridges! We loved staying here in May, and would absolutely love to stay here in the fall/ winter to see some more of the amazing views.

    Nabeel And Lauren2019-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Ken and Rebecca are wonderful hosts with a beautiful property! Eating breakfast of homemade scones while overlooking the rolling hills of the farm was one of my favorite memories of my trip to Vermont!

    Rachael2019-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • Ken and Rebecca are amazing hosts! They’re incredibly friendly and have a wonderful and warm home. My partner and I would recommend to anyone.

    Lucy2019-04-10T00:00:00Z
  • This Airbnb was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

    Catherine2018-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Ken and Rebecca are probably 2 of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They have outstanding hospitality, including homemade scones, chocolate chip banana bread and a bowl of fruit every morning. I highly recommend sitting down for a conversation with them as they are great fun and lead interesting lives as musicians! It’s not often that you are able to get friends out of Airbnb hosts but I definitely consider Ken and Rebecca friends and look forward to seeing them again one day!

    Andrea2018-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at Ken and Rebecca's house. They were welcoming and great to chat with, but also gave us our space. They even treated us to cake when we arrived and scones in the morning.

    Lauren2018-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Sometimes, you get everything right, perfect hosts, location and accommodation. That is true for Rebecca and Ken's lovely studio! Rebecca answered all my messages immediately and was very flexible about check in time. The location is so beautiful, up a hill and out in the country! (But close to many great restaurants) We arrived in the dark, and I was really looking forward to watching the morning light with the anticipated beautiful view!! And I loved it! The fields, hills, and foliage were spectacular! The studio is spacious, clean and comfortable. We were treated to the legendary blueberry scones I had read about in other reviews, so delicious! There were a few mint leaves mixed in with the melon, what a nice touch! Rebecca and Ken are so humble, but we discovered they are a very talented folk music duo, called Hungrytown, named after a road in one of their songs. They are on tour for much of the year, so we were very lucky to stay with them. Thank you Rebecca and Ken for the wonderful weekend!!!

This is a big beautiful house with a giant backyard and epic views of Mt. Ascutney. Come and enjoy our home, share the peace and beauty of Vermont. This location is central to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and horse events.
Our house has two large bedrooms available as single private rooms that are priced separately (Two king sized beds). The second bedroom may be reserved through Fire Ridge Farm II. Great for people traveling together. FYI we are a solar powerhouse! 45 solar panels on our barn contribute to the electricity needs of our neighbors.
You will be amazed and delighted at the sheer majesty of the surroundings. Our view of Mt. Ascutney is magnificent. The house is private and quiet, with all of the convenience of high speed internet. Soak in the hot tub and watch the Milky Way, satellites and shooting stars in our clear night sky. Listen to the owls at night and the songbirds during the day. Pretty much the perfect Vermont experience.
  • Susan's home is lovely- it is beautiful in a gorgeous location. My husband and I loved the bonus of the hot tub and sauna! It was a nice walk to the village store and cafe, and an easy drive to my husband's conference.

  • Susan and Ralph are delightful hosts. We had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed. The tea and coffee was excellent. The views and conversations were lots of fun. Thank you for all the local tips of how to see the best autumn colors. This is an awesome place to stay.

    Heather2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great hosts! Awesome view in the morning that can’t be beat! Great communication. Great area. Great value. Great bed! Just keep in mind, you are sharing space in a home that is lived in and there could be other guests. If you are fine with that, this is a fantastic choice!

    Charles2019-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Susan and Ralph are the epitome of perfection in Airbnb hosts. As much privacy as we needed but super hospitality as well! Susan's selection of coffees is to die for, and my husband fell in love with Ralph's workshop in the barn. We knew about the area because family lives nearby, but we also found that we were acquainted with one another's families via our nephew and Susan's daughters. Perfect weather for a fall VT wedding...couldn't have asked for a nicer experience/folks to stay with. Definitely the spot to stay across from Mt. Ascutney...anytime of year!

    Nancy2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Susan and Ralph have a wonderful and comfortable place with a spectacular view. Their spacious home with plenty of private space allows guests to relax at their own pace. Fire Ridge Farm is as authentic Vermont as it gets.

Lovely outdoor space to relax after a day of exploring beautiful Southern Vermont. We are centrally located between four major ski mountains, easy access to hiking the Long Trail, and just down the road from the village center of Weston- home to the famous Vermont Country Store and world class theatre at the Weston Playhouse.
On the main floor there is an open kitchen/dining area, living room, a library (with queen sofa bed), a king master with a newly renovated full bath and gas stove, and an additional half bath. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a full bath with tub. Second floor living room has a gathering space, wood stove and TV, as well as additional sleeping space with a daybed and trundle (two twins). A large rear deck with plenty of dining/lounging space and a gas grill overlooks fenced gardens, yard, and West River frontage. We hope you love the house as much as we do! The location is perfect for summer and winter outdoor activities, great food, scenery, or just curling up by the fire. We are happy to give you recommendations of our favorite spots in the area.
Downtown Londonderry is a couple miles down the road and has all of the essentials (grocery, gas, restaurants and yoga!). The village of Weston is a couple miles up the road as well and has shopping, restaurants, and the theater. The bigger towns of Manchester and Ludlow are 20-25 minutes away. We are well located between 4 ski areas, including locally loved Magic Mountain and Bromley (both less than 10 minutes driving) and the bigger resorts Okemo and Stratton (both about 20 minutes driving). There are excellent cross country and snowshoe trails just down the road at Viking Nordic Center and a couple towns away at Wild Wings in Peru. We are in a great location if you’re interested in trying different terrain and vibes.
  • A fantastic spot would definitely recommend staying here!!!

  • This house couldn’t be more lovely, one of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Great location to ski Okemo and do some exploring - our young kids didn’t want to leave. Leah was SO helpful with recommendations and tips - we would recommend this to anyone, especially with young children looking for a Vermont adventure!

    Laura2020-02-29T00:00:00Z

  • Leah is a fantastic host. We have stayed at her home twice. She has an excellent response time and is very accommodating. Her home is comfortable, nicely decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. We can't recommend her home enough! We will definitely be back next year!

    Catherine2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Leah’s home in Weston is a perfect VT farmhouse that has been renovated with high end finishes. It sits on a lovely piece of land on the banks of the West River. We’ve stayed there twice and have been very pleased each time. The location near the village of Weston, a quintessential New England town, is great. We don’t ski but it’s conveniently located near Magic Mt, Stratton Mt and Bromley Mt.

    Judy2019-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • Gorgeous home! It felt super luxurious with lots of living space to hang out. Plenty of cozy blankets and throw pillows for the evening. The beds were outstanding! With great bedding too! We will most definitely be back 😊

    Benno2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Leah's house is just amazing. First it is decorated just beautifully. But not only was it beautiful, it was very comfortable. The beds were great, the sheets were clean and crisp, the kitchen had everything we needed, the dining chairs had cushions, and the sofas and chairs throughout the house were all very comfortable. The lighting was beautiful and enhanced the space. There are quality blinds on all of the bedroom windows to assure that you don't have to be woken early with the sun if you choose to sleep in. I point this out because I have found a lot of rental homes to use inexpensive furniture that can tend to look nice but not be comfortable to use. The house has a lot of nice touches. My kids loved making vanilla ice cream with the ice cream maker. My husband enjoyed reading the book on local history. I loved reading my book on the daybed. And the view of the sky and gardens from the master bed in the morning was just magical. And I have to say the house was immaculately clean. Leah has really done a fantastic job in putting this house together!

  • Edna was such a sweet host! As soon as we arrived we immediately felt at home in her cottage. She had cooked an extra banana bread that day, and left it for us in the kitchen. We unfortunately did not have the chance to meet in person, but the communication upon arrival was very smooth. The place is cosy, very calm, great for an escape from the city for a weekend or a short break. Lots of beautiful and typical Vermont cities at a 15min drive, and lots of outdoors activities. We had a wonderful time!

  • We stayed at Edna's Cottage for several weeks and loved every minute of it. House was good, location was great, Edna was fantastic. And yes, the country store, JJ Hapgood, is as close and as good as advertised.

  • Great value. Good mattresses and sheets and super clean. Carpet usually gives me pause in a VRBO but this is new, soft and clean. We had a great weekend skiing. Great value. Thanks Ana!

  • Robert’s place was the perfect place for our ski weekend getaway. Robert was extremely responsive, gave great local tips and we got to meet all the animal friends on the farm. Spectacular views from the hot tub were a plus! Will definitely be back!

    Kristina2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Very homey, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Enjoyed our stay.

    Alicia2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Robert & his wife have an amazing space on top a hill overlooking the green mountains. 4 of us stayed comfy and cozy for 2 nights here while we spent the days skiing and the nights in the hot tub just in the back yard. The space provided plenty of every day objects such as utensils, adjustable heating, & towels. Will definitely remember this space for future ski trips! 10/10

    Allie2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Robert was a super host. As they live downstairs, he came in as soon as we had a question. The farm has animals and the kids enjoyed helping feed them. Close to at least two ski resorts, amazing views from the farm perched on a hill.

    Mircea2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • The animals on the farm are a huge highlight to the trip. Perfect location, very clean. Would definitely visit again ! :)

    Melanie2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Enjoyed a quiet getaway for our anniversary. Beautiful setting, stunning views on the property and oooh la la the hot tub! Highly recommended, we will be back!

    Vanessa2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Everything described by Robert is spot on. The space looks small from the pictures, but once you’re there it’s much roomier, and incredibly cozy. It’s hard to beat the location, and views from this property. To share these views, and experience is very Generous of Robert, and Kathy. Thank you both so much.

    Tyler2020-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing house with amazing views!!! Fantastic location, very close to ski mountains. The views from the back yard are out of this world. This listing is for the downstairs apartment of a two family home. My place is close to The Okemo Mountain Base Lodge. You’ll love it because of the vintage charm, cozy feel, and close proximity to the ski resort - only 4/10 of a mile! This home is good for families, couples, groups of friends, and solo adventurers.
The downstairs apartment of this two family home has been maintained with love, but kept its original charm. A beautiful stone fireplace serves as a gathering place after a day on the slopes. There are two rooms with full sized beds, and a bunk room that sleeps two, three in a pinch (a set of bunk beds plus a pull out trundle). Each bedroom features a private vanity with sink and mirror, plus drawers and a bar to hang clothing. Brand new linens and towels will make you feel right at home.
  • Uncle Fred’s is close to the mountain and very cozy! We had a great time.

    Aj2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • It was our second time staying at Uncle Fred's place. Access to Okemo is easy and convenient. Liz is easy to communicate with and it is was a pleasure to stay there agian!

    Matthew2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fantastic week skiing at Okemo and really enjoyed our stay at Uncle Fred's place. Everything in the description (and other reviews) is very accurate and Liz and John were super helpful with any questions we had. Normally we pile on the pounds eating out every night but UFP was so comfortable that this time we mostly stayed home, cooked and savored the wood fire! The shuttle bus was reliable and easy to use (the walk to Clock Tower is fine for grown ups but bus definitely a better bet for smaller kids with skis).

    Ian2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Liz knows how to treat her guests. You can never go wrong with Uncle Fred's place!!

    Krista2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Uncle Fred's was amazing! We came for a ski trip to Okemo over a long weekend. The location was perfect. You can walk to the resort or take the shuttle. The house itself was awesome - super retro in the best ways. Plenty of room for the four of us who stayed. Nice cozy fire at the end of a long day of riding was great as well. Our host, Liz, was very responsive and was available to help at all times of the day. Real solid.

    Chris2020-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • Spotless, cozy chalet in an excellent location very convenient to Okemo! Check-in was super easy and we were greeted with a nice basket of goodies & great local info! Would definitely return!

    Sedona2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy cottage with good amenities and very convenient to Okemo. Liz was very accessible when we needed her help.

    Lavanya2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome place! Very cozy and it fit our group of 6 very comfortably. On shuttle route to mountain, but an easy 10 minute walk if you dont want to wait for the shuttle. Liz and her boyfriend were incredibly accommodating and very friendly people. Would recommend and would book with them again!

  • Super clean, comfortable, everything you need, the perfect getaway. Quintessential VT! This beautiful log home has it all with fun things to see and do in every direction, all about 10-15 minutes away. Very relaxing with a view of wildlife and nature’s beauty right outside the bright comfy sunroom. Enjoyed our time there very much.

    Sue2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Steve was a great host. The log cabin is gorgeous and exceeded expectations. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the serene beauty of Vermont!

    Steven2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful location just remote enough to feel like you’ve got the entire mountain to yourself, but close enough for quick amenities and restaurants. Steve was considerate enough to check on our arrival when a storm came through and dropped a few inches of snow that morning, and we loved coming back to the cozy home after a day on the nearby ski slopes. A true Vermont cabin in the woods.

    Robyn2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was gorgeous and very secluded, can’t see your closest neighbor which was great. The pictures don’t do it enough justice; inside and out the property was great. Hope to return again one day!

    Ashley2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in the Birch room, which had a beautiful view. The room was warm, inviting, and clean. The climate system was a bit challenging to manage as the cool air vent blew directly on our heads. The charm and convenience of the lodge is the large common areas. This includes laundry, game room, a huge sitting area and gourmet kitchen. It was the perfect combination of convenience and privacy. We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant as well.

  • This lodge was such a find. Clean, comfortable, beautiful views and full of lovely spaces to explore. The owner gave me some great tips on local hikes and the list really delivered. There is lots of friendly shared space including a kitchen, fire pit outdoor area, and covered outdoor porch. Rockledge Farm is in a beautiful rural river valley only about 15 scenic miles from Woodstock, Ludlow/Okemo Mountain, Windsor and Springfield VT, and 35 minutes from Killington Skyeship. Private room and bath was originally the local One-room Stoeckin Schoolhouse, added to our home in the late 1800's. Full breakfast included with room. We are a peaceful respite from a busy world, close to many recreational and touring opportunities. We also have our Furniture shop/ Gallery at the Farm.
Chair massage available upon request, fee not included in room rental. We are a non-smoking residence. Recreational alcohol not permitted on premises.
  • This is our second time staying at this air bnb and we absolutely love it. We had our private room and bath and it was very clean and charming. The bed is so comfortable after a long day of skiing. The home is 20 mins from Okemo in a beautiful town on a farm. It really feels like a perfect getaway. I would highly recommend, as it is a great spot between Okemo, Killington. Kathleen and Scoot are wonderful hosts and make a delicious breakfast in the morning at whatever time works best for their guests.

Kathleen welcomed us upon our arrival and she also gave us some homemade Christmas cookies :-) Her breakfast was tasty and much appreciated. We also really enjoyed being able to see lots of amazing stars outside of their lovely house. It's a nice place to stay within short driving distance to good food and skiing.

    Helen2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Kathleen and Scott were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming, and the room was very charming and quiet, quaintly situated on their beautiful farm. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast Kathleen served, along with the tidbits she shared about hiking nearby Mt. Ascutney.

    Julie2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second time staying with Scott and Kathleen and probably won’t be the last. Their guest house is so cozy and Kathleen makes a killer breakfast! This time we had to leave really early and couldn’t stay for breakfast, so when we got in for the night we saw a plate of snacks with a sweet note from Kathleen — such a thoughtful woman! We hope to come visit again soon :)

The second bedroom may be reserved through Fire Ridge Farm.
  • This was our second time at Susan and Ralph’s house for a ski trip with 3 other friends. Very kind people and amazing hospitality. Thank you again guys.

    Jade2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Very kinda and hospitable!

    Yuliya2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Susan and Ralph were great hosts and very friendly! Their house is beautiful. The hot tub and sauna was a nice treat. They provided great local suggestions. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

    Jessica2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Susan and Ralph's apartment was awesome, home-y and relaxing. I had access to the entire downstairs with a private bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Located on a mountain, the home is large, unique and private, yet with all of the modern comforts and easily accessed by main roads. Civilization is not far away at all. My visit in winter was no problem--the electronic flaming fireplace made my room cozy, as did the mattress warmer. They left sweet little touches, like yummy chocolates near my bed and a plush bathrobe to wear. The best aspects were the indoor sauna and the outdoor hot tub; each day upon returning from my professional seminar (the Holiday Inn Conference Center is 4 minutes away), I soaked myself in the clean hot tub (in January!!). Soaking in 100 degree water whilst under the constellations, staring at another mountain was breathtaking! S and R are lovely people who enjoy hosting and meeting people. You will feel at home and have access to all of the riches that VT has to offer by staying here.

    Sandy2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Susan & Ralph are incredibly friendly hosts. We felt so welcomed the moment we arrived. The room was spacious & comfortable & the cherry on top was the jacuzzi outside which we used every day after skiing. Bottom line: the best value & friendliest Airbnb experience!

    Rachel2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • This was perfect for my boyfriend and I on our quick weekend trip to Vermont. We chose this place because it was a cheaper alternative to staying in Woodstock, where we were visiting, but still close enough to drive there reasonably fast. We stayed in the lower floor of the house, which we happened the have to ourselves. The room was spacious and cozy, with a nice electric fireplace and large bed. We only met Susan’s husband, who was a great host to us and was welcoming when we arrived late at night. This home is secluded, and the view of the stars from the hot tub in the back is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The only suggestion I would make to the hosts is to add a lock on the bedroom door to offer some extra privacy to your guests.

    Kaitlynn2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Wished our stay could have been longer. Amazing property with fabulous views of the mountain. Clean, cozy room and lots of special touches added to make you comfortable. Hosts are wonderful. We're coming back for sure!

    Kim2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • There are two rooms available at this property, I stayed in the downstairs room. The bedroom is HUGE. Enjoy a large bed, dresser, TV, pedestal fan, electric fireplace, roll-top desk and a private bathroom just steps away from the room. If you stay here, you are staying with family. Expect a wonderful host in Susan who is more like a relative than a proprietor. I was traveling solo for several days to photograph the fall leaves. I did not expect to interact much with the hosts but found that this was the highlight of my stay. Morning coffee with conversation, moonlit nights in front of a bonfire with her visiting family, she even fed me home made apple crisp and applesauce! I was allowed to use her laundry room and the kitchen for whatever I needed. It was like home away from home.

But the best was himself. Paul is a great host. Very attentive and it was a pleasure to talk to him. We definitely recommend his place!

  • Great Stay! We wish we could have stayed a few more days! When we arrived at the tiny home it was clean and ready for us to settle right in. We made breakfast with the farm fresh eggs and dinner each day. We slept great! Heated perfectly when we arrived. The bed is raised so all the heat sits at the top and when you hop off onto the floor you feel the cold which was great because the cooler was holding all our food. It was so quiet and peaceful at night. It was nice unplug and just enjoy each other’s company. Our dog had a great time! She ran around in their goat pen! The doors and windows all locked and the sunrise was beautiful. We do recommend that you have all wheel/ 4 wheel drive and great tires if your going to take trip up in the winter months. The roads getting to the house are winding and may be icy and have some snow. But there was a parking spot plowed out for us which was great! Absolutely will come back again! Maybe for a summer trip!

  • We stayed here through temps that dipped into single digits during an Arctic blast. The Tiny house warmed up quick with the gas heater and the bed stayed cozy all night because it sits fairly tall where heat collects. Anything closer to the walls still stayed cold. Kept my beer under the bed and it was ice cold all day! We also really enjoyed the fresh local eggs! The yolks were a deep yummy orange. Made for a great breakfast every day with some local bacon. We would definitely come back again. If staying here in the coldest of temps be aware that literally everything freezes during the night unless you crank the heat on high. Toilet paper, food, and drinks turned into an ice block from collecting condensation during the cold night. Mostly not a big deal, but I'd bring baby wipes and keep clothes your going to wear under the covers for the next day! My jacket literally froze to the door!! The cold temps were expected, but do make rugged living a bit more rugged, obviously. Thanks Sharon for your hospitality. The farm is beautiful!

  • This is a very cute and cozy tiny home (aka: single room), lacking electric outlets or running water. Wifi signal is available but weak, and electric outlets are not closeby. It's a great place if you want to seriously unplug. At night you are in real silence (except for occasional farm animal sounds), you can see many stars, and the silent woods are walkable nearby. It's on a working farm, so noises may start in the morning (ex: a house was being built nearby on the property while I was there). The farm is on a hilly unpaved road, which is salted/sanded in the winter. The inside is very cozy, one room with battery-powered lanterns. The bed is large and comfy, and raised off the floor without a railing (so not for people who toss off the bed while sleeping). Sharon and Alan are kind and generous. They were very responsive and shared many things including farm eggs, bean stew, and de-snowing my car. Thanks for your hospitality !

  • Perfect unplugged weekend getaway! Beautiful location, friendly and accommodating hosts, and cozy tiny house. We can’t wait to go back to the farm!

  • Great little place!

    Sarah2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • This is truly a gem! Beautiful location, beautiful hosts! It’s a working farm and Sharon and Al put as much love into that as they do into their air bnb. They even have a pet turkey named Henrietta that responds to her name and comes over for a scratch behind the neck!! The view is stunning and the House was adorable. Highly recommended.

  • Alicia’s place was amazing! Great location for those who want to enjoy a ski trip or the great outdoors in the area. She went the extra mile in all areas from dinner suggestions to stocking the kitchen and bathroom which anything you may have forgotten to bring. For anyone who likes a clean house, great location and endless coffee and tea options in the morning this place is for you!

  • This is our second time staying at Alicia’s apartment and it was just as lovely as the first time. The apartment is very comfortable for four people and very well appointed We ended up cooking in both nights and had every thing we needed for the basics. Alicia has the most thoughtfully equipped Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in .. with basic cooking supplies, an amazing array of coffee and teas, milk, butter eggs, and muffins, as well as toiletries which came in quite handy my first night as I forgot my suitcase at home :) Alicia is so helpful and kind, providing lots of ideas on things to do. The house is perfectly located for skiing at Magic Mountain, Bromley, Stratton and even Okemo. Nearby Manchester Center is great for dining and wandering (especially the North Shire bookstore!!) Highly recommend this apartment !

  • This was such a nice place to stay in. Much nicer and better than we anticipated. Alicia was so welcoming and helpful. Gave us loads of tips what to do and where to go and gave our kids sleds to go sledding on. The house was beautifully and comfortably decorated and the kitchen was filled with delicious coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn! Upon our arrival Alicia provided us with milk, cereals, eggs and muffins which was great because we didn’t need to rush out and get the basics. There were lots of board games to play, dvd’s to watch and the amazon firestick was handy and great to be able to watch what we wanted on our amazon and netflix accounts. Thanks for a lovely stay and welcoming Vermont experience!

  • Alicia is a wonderful host! The apartment is exactly as pictured, but it is exceptionally clean, very comfortable and cozy! Alicia had the heat turned up and fire place on for when we arrived. She provided detailed information for our check in which could not have been easier. She has the kitchen fully stocked with all the little things you need for cooking and eating and lots of extra's! Everything in the kitchen is very clean, and new feeling. The beds were comfortable, there were extra blankets and pillows, everything very neat and organized. It was very close to bromley mountain which is where we were skiing. We loved staying there and highly recommend it!

    Kim2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • If I could give more stars I would! We flew in the night of a huge snowstorm and Alicia was incredibly helpful and communicative with us about car rental recommendations and road conditions. She even did extra shoveling for us and stayed up late to make sure we arrived safely. She was such and amazing host and also had great recommendations for local attractions. The space was excellent and we will definitely be back:-)

    Melissa2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Alicia's place is a real gem. Located between 3 ski areas (Bromley, Magic, and Stratton) and near outlet shopping in Manchester, this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment is cozy, comfortable, and extremely well appointed. Everything is first class, including new kitchen utensils, bedding, and towels. She provides a large selection of coffee and tea, along with milk, eggs, butter, and english muffins. The entire apartment is decorated with taste and everything works together to make us feel at home. The apartment is located below Alicia's residence, but is isolated, and except for greeting us upon arrival, we never saw her. Of course, she is always available and responds quickly, but never intrusive. This is how AirBnB should done.

    Doreen2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Our second time at Alicia's was just as good as the first. This is a wonderful apartment in a great location with a super-duper host. Alicia thinks of everything!

    Doreen2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I stayed here for a skiing trip on the LMK weekend. It reminds me of visiting my family as Alicia put much thought on every detail. There were many moments when we felt “Oh, they are so kind and thoughtful!”, from everything for breakfast in the morning to the hot chocolate perfect for a night after skiing; from recommending local skiing resorts to helping us digging the car out of snow! We’ll definitely come back for our next ski trip in Vermont.

The location was perfect - just a short drive away from the shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful area where my fiancé and I were able to enjoy privacy while taking in the incredible views! • We had a great stay at Katy’s place. It’s at the end of a quiet street, about a ten minute drive from Manchester Center and just a couple minutes more to Manchester Village. She provides a great and thorough handout with local info, through which we discovered a great lunch spot. She was also really responsive to our messages. I’d highly recommend this place.

Peacefully located in the Village of Jamaica, our inn offers luxurious linens, relaxing robes, period pieces, fabulous featherbeds, private baths, hair dryers, many have fireplaces while some have private decks, whirlpool tubs and TV/DVDs. WiFi is available throughout the property.
The Three Mountain Inn, located on two acres in the scenic Jamaica Village, is comprised of four buildings all with a unique and rich history. The Main House – Built in the 1780’s by John Sumner, the Main House features hand shaven cherry wood clapboards, a massive center chimney containing five fireplaces and two beehive ovens which are still used daily from October through the winter months. The original kitchen is now our “Keeping Room” where guest can sit by the glow and warmth of the fireplace, share their adventures and enjoy the hand planed 21” wide pine paneling boards known as “King’s Wood”. In the 1820’s the Main House became Jamaica’s first Post Office and overnight stage coach stop for passengers traveling between Brattleboro and Manchester. In 1939 the property was sold to Benjamin Muzzy whose relatives still live in town. During this period, the hills and mountains around Jamaica had been cleared of most if not all their trees. However, the hills and mountains were now perfect grazing sheep. The Merino sheep and its expensive wool, lead to the greatest economic boom experienced in Jamaica.
Settled near the confluence of the scenic West River and Ball Mountain Brook, Jamaica has maintained the charm and character of old Vermont. Since its Charter in 1780, the Town of Jamaica has undergone many life cycles: Farming, Lumber Mills, Factories, and Sheep herding have added to its character. Jamaica will entice you to slow down and enjoy life! A throwback to unspoiled Vermont ...where every building has a story and every resident has a smile. We invite you to experience our small town charm and amenable characteristic. Most Vermont towns follow the Settlement Hierarchy of England; Jamaica is no exception, within the Town of Jamaica there are a couple of designated settlement areas - The Village and less populated areas called Hamlets.
  • We love it here! It’s perfection!
