Welcome to Les Sables! Nice studio of 32 m2 located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the embankment. A splendid view facing the ocean, all over the right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and embankment a short walk away! For your convenience, free parking is reserved for you during the summer season on June/July/August. Parking 10 minutes walk from the property. In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
