The house, which was built about 30 years ago, was originally my grandmother's villa. The whole house is a spacious building of 4LDK with a loft. The living room has large open windows and a wood stove. It has a warm atmosphere like an old mountain cabin. There are abundant forests around, and many birds, squirrels and deer animals come to the garden. If you go straight on the narrow road of the idyllic village and feel the majestic Yatsugatake nature on your left, 8 weeks Quriu is almost there.With its stone exterior, Villa is nostalgic and open.I took over the building, which has been a small hotel for 20 years, and has made a new start as an entire one-floor accommodation. It is a two-story building, and guests can freely use the ground floor.The second floor is the host's residential space, but the entrance is separated completely.It is a house where I live with my 4-year-old daughter, so even small children can have a safe stay. There is no washing machine or dryer on the ground floor, but you can wash and dry with a laundry bag for free.There is a coin laundry 10 minutes away by car, so please use this as well. Our family moved from the city to Fujimicho in 2020. In 2023, the private villa "8 weeks Fujimi" was born, and we will welcome you in a new style of accommodation this year. Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
