Michelle and Robin's place was so cozy! Really great to have your own little backyard with big, beautiful trees and a little porch to relax on. The bathtub with a large sun roof was great to relax in as well. Overall great stay!

What a lovely space. I also appreciated that the windows were open when we arrived. Small details that help us to see they're taking precautions with cleanliness and protecting immunity.

This is a cozy wooded cabin space. Many extra items made the stay like being at home. The wine and lemon bars, coffee and cream, and many extra amenities made our stay even nicer.

Very cute little place, close to lots in Sebastopol. And the bed was amazing! The electric blanket and electric fireplace were very nice on a cold and windy night.

The place was amazing. I only put a bit better than expected because it was so highly rated I expected it to be pretty nice and it didn’t disappoint at all. Lemon Moon cottage is such a welcoming serene place to stay ! There are so many thoughtful details to make it magical . The bed was comfy, the heater was great when it got cold in the evenings, the deck was the perfect place to see the stars come out at night and also perfect to practice yoga,drink tea and see the sunrise . Close enough to easily get to town and far enough away to fall asleep to crickets and frogs.

We had a great time in Sebastopol and enjoyed the cozy cottage. Hosts were super sweet and left a couple surprises for us which made our visit memorable. It was really great waking up and having a cup of coffee overlooking the creek. Perfect location to explore the area!

Incredible is an understatement. This beautifully whimsical cottage is a fairy tail dream come true. Della and John were such a joy and even let us stay past our check out time for no cost! Clean, cozy and relaxing! Will be booking again with no doubt!

We loved the Crow Cottage! It was beautifully decorated with funky art and had lots of great outdoor hang out spaces. Location was epic, such a short walk into town. Would definitely recommend!

Cosy, clean and very well equipped little cottage. Easy access to downtown Sebastopol but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful nature of the neighborhood and nighttime sky full of stars. Very comfortable bed too. Mary has been very responsive during our stay. We look forward to coming back.

Mary's cottage is idyllic. My partner and I came up for a quiet romantic getaway from our home in the bay. The cottage is perfect sized for 2. We enjoyed lazy afternoons between outings playing board games at the table and watching the stars at night on the swing set. The farm animals nearby were utterly charming and never woke us and check-in and out we're seemless. Mary's recommendations were comprehensive. This is a great little place if you want to explore Sebastopol and the Sonoma coast. Would love to stay again!

I loved my relaxing stay at Mary’s cottage. The space was quiet and squeaky clean. The bed; sheets, and comforter were so soft and comfortable, it was a chilly day but the gas fireplace kept it plenty warm. The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout. We especially liked the tall peaked ceiling with barn lantern.

Perfect in every way! Cozy comfortable cottage in an ideal location. So clean and welcoming. Country living at its finest! We are already planning to return!

Incredible hospitality and the most beautiful gem hidden in Sonoma

Absolutely beautiful, calming interior with lovely grounds to explore (saw deer, turkeys, hawks). Stocked with a fascinating array of books and designed with stunning attention to detail. Lovely place to get away from the world--just buy Sonoma wine and drink it in this space, no winery visits required!

The accommodations were exactly as described! The house is close to some of the best restaurants and vineyards while being tucked away in a serene hideaway. We had a wonderful girl's weekend relaxing on the porch, walking around the grounds, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Communication was top notch and we arrived to a cozy and inviting house with the fireplace already lit and ready to enjoy. This home is definitely worth the price and we look forward to coming back again!

Having travelled to Japan for work on dozens of occasions, I can testify that this place feels very much like the real thing. The architecture, decor and lighting, atmosphere and general surroundings are indeed very zen! We walked on the property and ran into a dozen deer as well as a large group of wild turkeys. The beds were very comfortable, the house is immaculate, everything was perfect. Thanks Greg for letting us stay there!

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and Greg and Adrienne's listing is by far one of the most beautiful and stylish homes I've ever seen. As hosts, they were extremely communicative and hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. From helping us find food the first night (and ensuring we had safe transportation as we were on a motorcycle), to giving us excellent local recommendations and even taking my boyfriend out on a boat trip days later - I cannot speak more highly of their hospitality and warm nature as hosts and people! My stay couldn’t have been any better. Tanya was wonderful. The property is beautiful. I love animals so I was in heaven. The house, itself, is so comfortable and clean. Before I left I rebooked again. Can’t wait to bring some family with me. I know they will enjoy the home as much as I did. This was a really sweet Airbnb experience. It was very convenient for me in Petaluma near an event I was attending. The property was beautiful and the cabin sits on the top of a hill so that you can see the surrounding countryside. The cabin itself was cozy and well-laid out to feel spacious. Full kitchen for cooking. Bed was cozy. Pellet fire was nice and warm. It definitely checked all the boxes for a good experience. The cherries on top were Chris + Tanya's hospitality and the choir of the animal friends when you go say hi to them in the morning. (donkey, cow, goats, horse, chickens, ducks, dogs) Makes me laugh again just thinking about it. Thanks for sharing your beautiful country home and animals!

I really enjoyed the rural setting, and the goats, chickens, donkey, horse, etc. It's a warm and roomy house with everything you would need. Lots of outdoor sitting space, which is important to me. Tanya and Chris are great hosts; they are very friendly, communicate well, and handle any problems quickly. Highly recommended!

You have to see it to believe it! The pictures don't do it justice. The cute cabin with skylight roof, large deck, cute kitchen, fireplace, tub and cozy bed are perfect. It's like you are living in the trees. Then you walk down a,path to a large suspension bridge that takes you to a room with large deck overlooking the valley. It's just a short distance to an amazing Park with beautiful hikes. You are close to restaurants and wineries but really you don't need to leave this slice of heaven. Relax, unplug and unwing

A fantastic stay for those looking to disconnect from the modern world. This space is humble, yet beautiful. Carolyn was a great host and provided many great local tips. You'll enjoy waking up to wild turkey calls and walking around the property, exploring the waterfall and star gazing hut.

Carolyn and Gary have a beautiful property that allows you to escape and relax in peace. A hot tub overlooking the mountains, a bridge through the woods to a stargazing spot, a cozy cottage with a wood burning stove...we couldn’t have asked for more. Carolyn and Gary were quick to respond to any question we had and were absolutely fantastic hosts. Hope to stay again soon!

What an amazing place! Falling asleep under the stars and listening to the rain in Carolyn’s place was magical. It was the perfect escape for a couple. There is so much exploring to do on their property alone that I’ll definitely be back.

The Tree House experience exceeded our expectations. The hosts were amazing as was the Star House and the tension bridge we crossed to get it. We were there during the Sonoma fires and our hosts kept us updated throughout. We will definitely be back..

A necessary reprieve during a difficult time. Diana and Charle's place is semi-secluded and cozy and you can check in without contact. They are quick to respond via the Airbnb app. Given the fact that I couldn't go out to eat anywhere, their kitchen was a wonderful place to cook meals with pretty much anything you could need available (pots, pans, utensils, oil, spices, etc.) The bed and heater were very cozy and comfortable. The outdoor shower isn't cold, you're warm enough with the steam, but I imagine it's really magical in the warmer months. I did not use the hot tub, but I imagine that's quite lovely as well. Very cozy stay for one person, but I would also recommend for a couple as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is really cute and cozy, with lots of thoughtful touches and one of the most well-equipped kitchens I’ve seen at a rental home. The patio area is also lovely and relaxing, and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect place for a long weekend getaway.

We loved our time at the wine country cabin! Even though it was amid the COVID-19 shelter in place, it was so nice to be secluded in a beautiful place. Diana and Charles were extra accommodating during this time and checked in frequently to be sure we had all we needed. We took full advantage of the park pass and found so many fun hikes in the area and really enjoyed our time social distancing outdoors. We hope to be back in the future when wineries are open again so we can enjoy them too!

My partner and I were seeking a few days of quiet outside of the City and Diana and Charles's spot exceeded those needs. Fresh air, a beautiful creekside setting and all the comforts we needed to recharge our batteries. The family takes pride in their property and strive to make their guests feel comfortable. The cabin and hot tub were clean and the outdoor shower a nice tough to revive after a soak. We were new to exploring the area and appreciated the use of the park pass to visit Jack London park as well as Diana's guide to local shops and restaurants. We'd certainly recommend for anyone else looking for a quiet, relaxing recharge just a short drive from San Francisco.

Linda’s place is very charming! Her pups do bark a little when you first get in but that didn’t bother me at all. Very close to downtown in a cute neighborhood. The room is very small but perfect for one. There is a tub only but that wasn’t really a problem for me. Linda was very nice and made my stay easy. You can’t beat the price for a place to crash

Great value. Sometimes vague as to what's provided & what's not. The big example, you need your own toilet paper. This house is like a boarding house. W 6 standard rooms and a convertible living room/bedroom, the house can be a little busy at times. Things are fairly quiet. Sometimes there's a little friction between longer term guest (who essentially live there for months), and the passing thru guests. The former group generally has worked out some shared tasks (garbage schedule) and procedures (no dirty dishes. In sink.) The latter group come in not necessarily aware of these understanding and not subject to them. A guest stays 2 nights. They can't be expected to know of the shared work or to have to carry it out. The friction simply arises because there are different kinds of guests w different needs/reqs. I'd guess the brief guests are unaffected mostly. Also, because of the arrangement, guests have greater autonomy from host, and likewise less attention from host. The place is a bit rough around the edges. Nevertheless, these accommodations are a great deal for the price charged.

For my first time using airbnb and first trip to the north bay, maria truly made it comfortable. She made contact upon booking, when I arrived, during my stay, and just before check out to find out about my time and even given a chance preference at extending. Her place is clean, neighborhood is quiet and nice, and location is more than convenient. Her assistant was wonderful, welcoming and always making sure your ok and comfortable. The roommates were great, the stay was excellent. Could not ask for a better first time and welcoming to the area. Maria thanks for everything. I definitely recommend choosing her place as your stay.

I had a great time during my stay here. The helper on site was incredibly kind and open and funny as well as being helpful and generous. I really couldn't expect a better air bnb host! And my room was huge!! All in all it was a great place with great people

Clean and affordable and worth every penny.

Staying here was very comfortable. Linens and towels were provided. Neighbors were also good, although some of them were motorbike fans and were sometimes noisy. But staying with other people in the house was a really good experience. All of the people here were very interesting and really nice. Having Jeanette as a house keeper was so fun. She and the other people were always helpful. One thing I felt uncomfortable about was that I had to pay $3 for laundry with quarters. Going to SSU from here was convenient by bus or 40 minutes walk. I had no problem sharing the kitchen and bathroom. It was my first time using Airbnb and I recommend staying at this house.

The tiny house had a lot to offer! The location was great, the house clean, cute, and inviting. Super peaceful and serene. I loved the sound of running water from the pond, the adorable friendly dogs, and the sounds of clucking from the chickens. Inez is a thoughtful and generous host, definitely a Super Host!

Inez's tiny house was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for our vacation through Napa. At most an hour away from most wineries, it was in a great location and provided easy access across Napa and Santa Rosa. The house itself is relatively small, but not cramped. Everything was extremely clean and well located. Check-in and check-out were very simple. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice home in a convenient neighborhood. Susan and family are friendly and easy to be around. The cats are friendly too. The room is perfect for one person--very comfortable bed, good desk, book shelf full of travel and other interesting books, full bath right next to it. I used the kitchen and put my perishables in a fridge in the garage overnight. I was only there one night and it was super easy to check in and get settled.

My stay at Susan's home was extremely comfortable. She lended me an umbrella when I needed one, was quick to help when I needed it, and was extremely friendly. Hanging out with her cats was a definite plus as well! I would 100% recommend staying in this cozy room.

Lovely place, lots of parking. Susan was a great host and her kitties were ADORABLE. >< So cute and snuggly. Great kitchen with everything you need. She provided an extra blanket and i had a mostly private bath. She greeted me in person and was great about communicating, since i was just popping in for the night. Great stay!

The stay is clean and relaxing, and there are lots of books on various topics such as travel, Chinese, and running. The cats will show you lots of love.

Sparkling clean ground floor “student’s room” walking distance to Sonoma State. Single bed was super comfy. 3/4 bath was right next door and I had the shower to myself as the family who live there slept upstairs. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Friendly chihuahua mix n two kitties. Kitchen was easy to use in the mornings as it was right next to the room.

Susan was great! She was very helpful during my check in despite me hitting traffic. The room was also great and she has some wonderful pets that made the whole experience more homey and welcoming! Highly recommend!

This home was clean, very safe, nice, fun books and treats in the room...had all the small things you would want in a stay. Would stay again and I do recommend.

Comfortable, attractive, and located well for restaurants, groceries, freeway access, and county tourist sites. Enjoyed the back balcony overlooking the pool and and the view of the eastern hills. I stayed in the property for 5 weeks and it readily met my needs for a “home away from home.” Sarah was one of the most responsive hosts I have met, quickly responding to questions and addressing minor issues. Furthermore, Sarah is a lovely person and I enjoyed our personal conversations.

They were so caring right from that moment I reached out to them through the AirBNB. My first night I got there (late), they were still up. Most caring individuals, felt like was visiting family that I hadn’t seen in a long time. 💓

I had a great time getting to know Jasen and Stephanie. They are so kind and friendly. The room was really clean and nicely designed. There was a TV too, which was a big bonus. I liked having the ability to store leftovers in the refrigerator too. I would definitely stay here again.

Joan is AMAZING! She is the best host I’ve had on AirBnB. The place is tucked away in the heart of Santa Rosa, so you’re relatively close to everything. Great pricing, great location!

Joan is a great hostess. My room was very quiet and private. Even though it has a shared bathroom upstairs, I never felt like I had to share. Joan made a nice breakfast for me, which was much appreciated...french pressed coffee, no less!

My son had very good stay with Richard and Justin. Nice people and special thanks to Richard to go out of his way to pick up my son from airport during difficult times due to Corona.

I cannot recommend Richard enough. He gave me a partial refund due to my stay being cut short from COVID-19, even though he was under no obligation to do so. Also, the space is very reasonably priced for Sonoma County and is clean and sufficient and in a good location. Richard is a nice person and a great host. I would love to have the opportunity to stay with him again and hope to have the chance at some point.

Real good value and very homelike environment. Very quiet inside home easy to unwind and relax after a long drive. Very easy access to towels and other amenities. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed delightful conversations with other guests, a fantastically comfortable bed, great accommodations for my weird schedule, a great bathroom-sharing system, a dark and cool bedroom, lots of good breakfast options, plus outstanding hospitality from the host/family--they even helped carry my heavy luggage in and out!! Charles gave great suggestions about free things to do in the area (including champagne-tasting!) I highly recommend this place; I'd book it again in a heartbeat.

Charles is very good at communicating quickly and giving precise information. The house is very clean, ornate, and comfortable. My partner and I had a wonderful stay here.

From the magical fairy lights just inside the gate, to the large cozy sumptuous bed. I felt pampered and safe at Elizabeth’s place. I had a very short stay while I was volunteering locally. The location was great and everything was neat and organized. I would love to come back and stay again if I had more time. All my questions were answered promptly. Great space and location. We were in town for a friend's Coast Guard graduation and wanted to enjoy some wine tasting. Elizabeth's space was perfect for our needs. Easy access to the 101. On-site parking and private entry so late arrival was not a problem. The room was exactly as advertised. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom and toiletries. Elizabeth even had snacks, coffee and tea available which was much appreciated.

I highly recommend Hubertos rental. The place was clean, as advertised and in easy reach of the Bay area and wine country. Its in the country which is perfect and the host gives perfect intructions for your private entry. Has a stove, microwave, fridge, plates, cups and utensils, iron, all the essentials to be comfortable for your stay. I personally stayed 2 days and briefly seen the host 1 time on our last day. Extremely private and pleasant. highly recommend it.

Its a very tidy and comfortable studio in a wonderful rural setting on a beautifully landscaped property, and its a short drive from everything you need like Safeway or Costco! I really enjoyed my stay there.

If you’re looking for a super clean and private place to stay with a countryside feel, this is the perfect spot. We felt right at home and our two dogs couldn’t have been happier with the large property to explore. Highly recommend!

Made my night:) I needed a place to stay for a few nights while I worked in the Santa Rosa area. I will for sure be back next time I have to work in that area. My stay here was an extremely excellent experience. The room was very cozy with a comfortable bed. It was very quiet and peaceful. I truly appreciated how the room was fully equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, utensils etc. It also had a table and chairs for a place to sit and eat. The location was in the heart of town. Marianne was friendly and attentive to any of my needs. I would definitely recommend a stay at her home if you are seeking a place. I certainly will return in the near future.

Mary-Anne is a lovely person with a clean home. I enjoyed staying there it was very convenient in value and location.

Clean, cozy, convenient, and our host is a very conscientious person with attention to details, right down to the in-room snacks and coffee with creamer, no added cost. We were able to truly relax and sleep very well, both nights, while enjoying a local family reunion. Only minutes away from downtown or the highway and many other places, yet located in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy!

This is a true gem if you want to stay in Sebastopol. The location is great, the room is cozy with lovely touches, full bookshelf, coffee nook, eclectic decor and the bed is really comfy. I appreciated the outside water feature, too. It was a great experience and I'll definitely return!

Cute backyard cottage. It was fun to stay at a place with chickens. Easy parking and super close to lots of great dog friendly wineries. The bathroom is in the main house but there is a light at night to help you get to the door. Super nice family and great hosts. Highly recommend for a fun weekend getaway.

Beautiful, charming house and very welcoming hosts! The space is charming and has everything you need, and nothing you don't. 5 minutes from the middle of Sebastopol, but you'd be forgiven if you just wanted to sit in the cottage and read all day.

Great house on a quiet cul de sac. Yard is amazing - but not very private. Location is perfectly situated near Petaluma and Healdsburg. Everything was very clean and the instructions were clear. Our highlight was the hot tub and the great location to near wineries. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I spent a long holiday weekend here, with our son and his fiancée. What I loved most about this place was how spacious it was. We definitely weren’t tripping over each other. There was plenty of couch space in both the living room and family room, plus there were two dining areas, one which we used for eating, and the other for playing cards. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom, and were separated from each other which offered more privacy. The backyard was large with plenty of seating. The hot tub was a pleasant addition. The neighborhood was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area. It is quite a little distance to the nearest major grocery store, but the area is beautiful so it was worth the drive.

Our stay at Denise and Tony’s was exactly as advertised. We were given recommendations for things to do in the area with our kids, and even had unexpected surprise Christmas gifts for the kids when we arrived! The home was clean and quiet, and the backyard and hot tub were amazing!

Great house in the heart of Rohnert Park. Near Sonoma State University and 5-10 minutes from markets, breakfast eateries, bakery and local restaurants. Home is spacious, with ample room to spread out and relax. Bedrooms are located upstairs and a half bath is located on the first floor. Great deck space. Provided ample towels and home was clean. We did not use the hot tub but the backyard was beautifully maintained. It was easy to communicate with Denise! Thank you for your hospitality and for letting us stay in your home!

Great little place not too far off the beaten path. We loved the cozy interior and found it to be a right amount of space for three. We missed that it was on the lower level of the hosts home when booking it, but it worked out fine! They even had coffee and creamer waiting. Cute touches and comfortable sleeping.

Great place to visit the area but also if you have stuff to do in SF but don't wanna stay in the city. Gary welcomed us with his kindness and spent some time with us. His wife had a present for our daughter... so sweet! The property is very well kept and despite being beside the road is very quiet. I have to spend a word about the bed: just amazing, I slept better than at home! Wi-fi works great, there's coffee and plenty of pillows. Highly raccomended

Gary’s place was just as described and really lovely! I appreciated his quick responses to any questions that I had. His place is semi-hard to find so it is really helpful he put the red stars up to easily spot it off of the road! Very cute and gives you the country feel of Petaluma while also allowing you access to many activities within a ten minute drive!

Jenny’s space is SO beautiful, and the property is so quiet and peaceful. The cows are adorable and Jenny has MANY recommendations for things to do or places to eat (Korbel and Gypsy were our personal faves)! I would have loved to stay longer and will 100% be looking to stay here again if work brings me back this way!

Such a nice quiet place to stay. Not huge but it had great matress, plenty of covers, frig/microwave, place to sit inside and out. The yard is really pretty. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the patio and property.

A better place for a stay can’t be found! Biking the back roads was lovely but don’t trust google maps - get the local scoop!

Jenny and Len were spectacular hosts. A cozy, pristine studio, with an ultra comfy bed, garden ornament and wonderful bird feeders in the surrounding yard. Easy access and commute to Petaluma. A wonderful space for the price.

I am a return guest which says everything about Mary's place. The bed is super comfortable, there is a private bathroom, and it's located in a quiet, safe, central location. I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I use AirBnB in the Santa Rosa/Sonoma County area a lot. This place is in my top five.
