Farmhouse themed home-gather chicken eggs with your family! Centrally-located home 3 minutes away from restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Robin, 3 minutes from shopping like Costco, the mall, and Walmart. Large fully fenced yard with lots of shade, and a raised garden in the summer! Enjoy meals in the wonderful kitchen and separate dining room, or go out to the picnic table. Play structure, slide, and tree swing with shade! The driveway fits 4 SUVs or a large RV and 2 cars. We love this home!

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Close to Idaho State University, hospital, and has easy access to interstate. This studio has a separate, private, entrance and is easy to come and go with tons of natural light. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.
