This converted monks' hermitage is a modern twist on country living in Abruzzo. With vaulted ceilings and a beautiful courtyard, this cozy place has history and style. Located between the mountains and sea, we are only 5 minutes from the historical Atri centre, 15 minutes to the famous Pineto beach, 10 minutes to Silvi beaches, 40 minutes to the mountains, 30 minutes from Pescara centrale and Pescara airport. Next door is a famous neighbourhood pizzeria, full of locals any day of the week.

My apartment is located on the first floor of a two floor building with a lift. It is located a few steps from the town center and it is in front of the sea and private beaches. Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.
