Places to stay in Paso Robles
Cute, cozy, rustic, romantic Cabin completely renovated tucked away in the rolling hills of Paso Robles wine country. Peaceful setting, with many views of famous wineries and rolling hay fields. If your looking to be near wineries this is the place to stay. Right off scenic Highway 46 West.
Note: Price of rent includes transient occupancy tax This cabin was once a military bunker which resided at Camp Roberts. In the 70's it was moved to the property and is now a cozy, romantic get away. Owners live on property, but will give you your privacy. There is also a few ranch dogs (Percy, Brutus and Kimber) they are all labs and are friendly. We also have a few furry outside cats, please do not feed them or let them inside, they are gopher hunters but they might come around a say hello. If you bring a dog, we ask that the homeowners be notified and they remain on a leash while outside. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS UNATTENDED We also have a Coach House and Farm House available for rent.

  • Staci’s place is adorable and charming. There are thoughtful touches throughout the cabin, such as a collection of DVDs, a small fire pit, & a variety of kitchenware. I definitely recommend Staci’s place if you want quick access to wineries and a cute place to stay.

  • A must for every couple that would like to getaway and enter into paradise! The detail, and thoughtfulness, that Michelle provides will only want you to return again and again. After our stay, we left feeling refreshed, blessed, and ready to take on Silicon Valley! We look forward in returning many a times!

  • Beautiful views and personal touches What more can you ask for This is THE best AIRBNB I've stayed at and I've tried a few.

    Julia2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had the best stay at Michelle's place at the beach!! The room was very nice, and had everything we could possible need. The view was gorgeous! The amenities were absolutely amazing. Full breakfast each morning, homemade cookies (gluten free for me) in the afternoon, cheese and crackers, and more! We loved being steps from the beach and about a 2 mile walk up the beach to the shops in Cayucos. We will absolutely be back!

  • Michelle’s place is magical. Beautiful view, fantastic amenities, and so many snacks. She really sets the bar for what an Airbnb could be. Thank you, Michelle!

  • I've been vacationing in Cayucos with family and friends for over fifty years and I can tell you that you will not find better accommodations or location than this. Michelle is amazingly gracious and does everything possible to make your stay a pleasant one. I look forward to staying here in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Cayucus area.

  • Beautiful place with amazing views . All treats Michelle leaves you are homemade and they are delicious.

    Ashley2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I have traveled all around the world and stayed in many different AirBnB's. This one is definitely at the top. Michelle's attention to detail is second to none. You could spend half a day counting all the little things MIchelle has added to the room to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Just as a picture or a song can warm your heart, so to does Michelle's AirBnB. After spending a week in all kinds of hotels, her place was a perfect ending to our visit in California. Thank you Michelle!

    Comfortable and Cozy
Our adorable, private guest house is separate from the main house (where we live) and has a private bathroom. It also includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We are located in the heart of wine country with plenty of greenery. I always like to let people know who have more than two total guests that it is a king bed and a sofa. The sofa is very large and many have slept on it and find it very comfortable. We are located in Atascadero, CA with easy access to several vineyards with excellent wine tasting. Guests will have access to the guest home and patio and will have parking. We love to host and meet new people and are happy to recommend things to do in the area but will also be happy to leave you on your own. Our neighborhood is quiet with free-roaming deer and wild turkeys. Friendly people and great walking and running trails. Parking is included and a rental car is definitely recommended for long distance travelers.

  • I enjoyed my stay so much!

  • This was such a cute little place. It was perfect for two nights. The place is small but has everything you need. There are all the thoughtful touches you hope for in an Airbnb, such as shampoo and conditioner and a coffee maker. But, there are also the above and beyond extras such as refrigerated creamer, oatmeal, and cereal. It is in a good location and quick to get to Paso Robles and Templeton and is just a short drive to downtown Atascadero. Ellen was extremely responsive and check in and check out are about as easy as it can get. Thanks!

    Megan2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Cute and quiet place to stay. We visited Paso Robles for wine tasting and Pismo beach while we stayed here and found it convenient to both. Location was easy to get to and close to downtown Atascadero. Ellen was quick to respond and easy to rent with. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and the fridge was stocked with dairy and creamer for cereal and coffee. Rugs and linens were all soft, comfortable, and good quality. Great experience.

    Chris2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • Ellen's place was very nice with lovely touches. Very comfortable bed, fresh and airy beddings, and everything needed for toiletry, shower, and morning coffee and snacks. She had a bottle of wine waiting for me, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive and a collage visit to my son. I would definitely recommend it.

    Anahit2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place with very thoughtful touches (complimentary bottle of wine, to go coffee cups (Keurig and coffee pods supplied, oatmeal, granola and fig bars, good quality shampoo and conditioner, etc). Quick responses/great communication. Close to hiking trails (Three Bridges was beautiful). Only 10-15 minutes from Paso Robles and super close to the very cute downtown of Atascadero.

    Emily2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Ellen’s place is very cute and comfortable. Nice amenities, very quite neighborhood. Great place!

Sonja added beautiful and very thoughtful touches to the place. We had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

  • Excellent place, perfect to disconnect and be in touch with nature. The place is perfect for couples, beautiful on the outside and more beautiful on the inside. • Coyote Ridge is a magical little spot! The closer you look, the more details you will notice. It's much more than a "tiny house" and is very comfortable compared to most. We unfortunately had our trip at the start of corona quarantine and the madness, but there isn't a better place to be! Jen was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

    Susan2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Coyote Ridge Tiny Home has so much character and charm. The use of the bbq enabled us to make a great dinner, using the fire pit enabled us to drink wine for hours watching the sun set and eventually under the stars while occasionally staring at the views. So easy to get to the place off highway 101, and just a few minutes from downtown Paso Robles.

    Kevin2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • This is without a doubt one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in. It's insanely cute, so stylish, with touches everywhere to delight and de-stress. I meant to go do more traveling and wine tasting and instead ended up basically staying in the airbnb the entire time. It's gorgeous, with two outdoor deck areas, comfy sitting areas inside, and the bed was a joy to sleep in. Jen, the host, was as charming as the house. I will definitely be back again.

    Jennifer2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • **FIVE STAR REVIEW This tiny house is absolutely incredible and the perfect getaway from the city. I booked the stay intended to explore the local wineries and celebrate my birthday but its magical and captivating atmosphere most certainly altered those plans. Jen was easy to communicate and an exceptional host. Thanks again...until next time.

    Martin2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • If you want to experience the universe at it's best and most quirky, to get away from it all and feel peace, come here. Defs not for party animals and people wanting to make friends!

    Polly2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Coyote Ridge tiny house is an absolute delight. Jen and her mom Vicki communicated in advance of our stay, making check in seamless. They left a nice birthday note and balloon, which was so thoughtful. The house and seating areas outside are incredibly well decorated down to the last detail. Such a whimsical and cool joy to stay here and discover more of their stylish touches as the visit went on! Highly recommend.

    Whitney2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Coyote Ridge! The tiny house is very cozy and comfortable with everything we could've needed and then some. We had a great night's sleep on the very comfortable bed upstairs and would recommend this place to any couple. We are already looking forward to going back!

Scenic, private living space with outdoor patio, close to several gorgeous hiking trails, beaches, many wineries, excellent restaurants and walking/bike paths.
This is a private studio with 288 sq. ft. and it's own entrance and patio in the back of our home next to "green space". It sits in a lovely neighborhood 2 miles from downtown SLO and Cal Poly University. There is off-street parking provided for one vehicle. The studio includes a queen bed, bathroom with shower, dining table with two chairs and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, full size sink and dishes/utensils and other culinary tools. Coffee and tea with fixings are provided for our guests. A press pot with hot water kettle or drip coffee machine are in the cabinet to make coffee/tea. There is a large armoire in the main living area for storage. A folding luggage rack and iron/board for your use is stored in the bathroom closet. Our guests get a freshly made bed with cotton linens and towel sets for the bathroom. There is a flat screen monitor TV with Amazon Fire video options so no cable TV. Wireless internet is also provided. With our selection of HDMI cords you can also connect your laptop to the flat screen and play movies or games. The patio has a tall bistro table with counter height, swivel wing chairs that's great for dining al fresco. You can open the french doors for a nice outdoor experience. Depending on the season, an umbrella and hammock reside on the patio. This studio is best suited for a single person or couple with possibly one child. It is a very quiet place in a nice neighborhood with a lovely view of Bishops Peak from the studio and access to the trails through the neighborhood. Trail views are epic and it is a nice hike to gorgeous scenery and photo ops. In the springtime the wildflowers along the trails are stunning and will be sure to put a big smile on your face. We happily provide hiking information since we frequently walk the trails. Be sure to bring good walking shoes, sun block and a hat if you want to try some of the trails. I also recommend you bring layered clothing and especially jacket/windbreaker for nighttime and mornings, SLO gets cold at night even in the summer months. If you paint, bring a camera to capture inspirational photos because the setting is magical. There are also plenty of bike trails. The beach is 10 minutes away and the sunsets on the coast are truly fantastic. Downtown SLO is 2 miles away and it is an exceedingly vibrant downtown with great restaurants, movie and coffee houses, and is simply nice to walk around. Farmer's Market is every Thursday from 6pm-9pm, live entertainment, great food and interesting people. The studio is 13 miles from Pismo Beach, 16 miles from Arroyo Grande, 13 miles from Morro Bay, 33 miles from Cambria, 29 miles from Paso Robles, and 94 miles from Santa Barbara - and is exactly between San Francisco and L.A. If you just want to get away and spend a quiet time in a beautiful place this is the spot for you.
Very quiet and pretty neighborhood situated at the base of Bishop's Peak with lovely views and other pastoral scenes.
  • Nice small place in SLO. Melanie was easy to communicate with and met us outside when we checked in. She was very friendly and provided lots a good information for things to do in the area. The space was nice and super clean. Bed was comfy! Great views from the windows and very peaceful. So quiet and a nice change of pace. We were close to everything we wanted to do - short drive away for delicious downtown food.

  • Top air BnB I have been in since I started using the app. Thank you Melanie & Scott for an awesome stay

  • Nice clean place in a great area.

    Alex2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Melanie’s place is by far the best AirBnb I’ve stayed at to date. The setting is serene and peaceful, the studio and patio are beautifully decorated, and literally everything we wanted or needed was thoughtfully provided. We could truly relax and enjoy - and even found some new favorite places, thanks to the hosts’ recommendations. Comfy bed, thick, soft towels, a thoughtfully-stocked kitchenette, and even a hammock and space to hang out and enjoy the view on the private patio. Definitely our go-to for future trips to SLO!

    Wendy2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This studio was perfect for us and our 10m baby for our vacation. There’s plenty of space for a pack n play and still plenty of room to move around. It is so close to everything and situated in the perfect little neighborhood in the foothills. The views of Bishop Peak are stunning and the patio is very relaxing. It was easy to drive less than 10 min to Cal Poly, grab a bite to eat, or go Downtown and it took only 20 min to get to Montaño de Oro state park. Melanie and her husband were very communicative and hospitable. We felt very comfortable spending time on their beautiful property. We would love to go back!

    Amy2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place & even more amazing hosts!

    Mark2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • I loved my stay at Melanie's. The studio is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful views. I loved its proximity to good food and coffee shops, hiking, and the city rolled into one. Melanie was a fantastic host, respectful, attentive and cared about her guests. The studio itself was sparkling clean. Everything was in perfect order. I would not hesitate to recommend the studio to anyone, and would stay with her again when I'm back in the area.

    Louise2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • If we could have given this place 6 stars we would have. It is one of the most lush Airbnb’s available. So much love and detail has been put into this place and it truly feels like home away from home

This room is attached to my home but is very private with it's own entrance. It's complete with full bathroom, WiFi, cable and Netflix. It's a really cute place in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the beach. Dogs are always welcome in both of my rooms... Woof Woof! Thank you & have a great trip! Re: COVID-19: I will do my best to keep apartment safe through this ordeal by wiping surfaces with alcohol wipes and airing out between guests.
This room is attached to the main house with it's own keyed entrance. It's very comfy with a memory foam bed, a cozy comforter, Netflix and cable, a private bathroom, a sun room and nearby beaches. I am sorry, but this room is not conducive for people with disabilities.
This is a lovely, quiet and unpretentious neighborhood. I am close to my neighbors, they are wonderful folks. They are fully aware of my renting out rooms on Airbnb and are supportive.
  • Barry’s place is great. As advertised!

    Samuel2020-03-16T00:00:00Z

  • Barry’s place is still just as great as last time! I was able to chat with him this time about the local digs. Barry is a great host who is super friendly, he try’s to greet you when you first come in, and then he try’s to say goodbye before you leave. He’s very prompt at answering your questions, and if he doesn’t know he will find out for you! I am already planning my third stay at Barry’s place.

Romantic, freestanding casita with private courtyard, set upon the hillside of a working olive farm in Paso Robles, California. Vintage Moroccan and Spanish light fixtures, built-in Moroccan queen-sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and basic utensils make this a perfect home-away-from-home or private retreat. The en suite bathroom features a porcelain tub/shower and stone sink. An outdoor fireplace, fountain and gorgeous views to the surrounding hillside complete the setting.
Casita Oliva is close to the wonderful shops and restaurants in the historic town of Paso Robles, but situated on a quiet lane with gorgeous view of vineyards and olive groves.
  • Lovely and wonderful. Just book it!

    Tyler2020-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • What a peaceful, beautiful place. The casita is well appointed, quiet, and relaxing and the property is gorgeous. Easy scenic drive to lots of wineries and restaurants.

    Laurel2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a real find. If a traveller has been to Tuscany in Italy this cottage will bring back memories. It is exactly as you would have remembered your Italian vacation. The cottage, the surroundings even the road is very similar. Any questions we texted to Maya were usually answered within 15 minutes. The view from the cottage is unbelievably beautiful The cottage is also close to many wineries. A cautionary note; the road to the cottage is quite narrow, high with many bends. Unless you are comfortable driving on such roads I would advise you to make your first visit during the daylight hours.

    Ken2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Outstanding place, feel like a trip into old California. Beautiful spot!

    Jasper2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet solitude on a hilltop Casita. The description and pictures are exactly what to expect. Maya is extremely attentive to your possible requests. Would stay here over any other place I have stayed over my 2-3 times a year visits to Paso area since 2008.

    Joseph2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The term hidden gem is a complete understatement for this place. Everything from the moment you drive up the hill to when the gates open this gorgeous property will take your breath away. All the little touches and the decor def make you feel like you have left your city living life and are ready to relax and forget about it all. Waking up to the beautiful views and sounds of chirping birds and little bunnies and squirrels roaming around we def weren’t in Orange County anymore. Can’t wait to check in again... till next time...

    Claire2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. Hosts were very accommodating as well.

    Melanie2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • You will love this casita. Thoughtfully designed and equipped. Just realize that you may use Uber early evening, but probably won’t get back by Uber.

Enjoy a relaxing stay amidst country charm (including goats and a barn cat) in this recently remodeled room in a house on two acres just outside the Northeast Paso Robles City limit. For those interested in visiting the wineries, we are located along the Union Road Wine Trail. We are only 5 miles from Vina Robles Amphitheater, 4.7 miles to Sensario, and 7 miles from Paso Robles Event Center. Breakfast is included as part of your experience at URGH (Union Road Guesthouse)
This room is one of three rooms we have available in the Main House (see listing for Green Room and Gold Master Suite). and shares a bathroom with the Blue Room. We have worked hard to anticipate the needs of travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay. Because of our location, we chose a country theme for the rooms. Because these rooms share a bathroom, we have made it more comfortable by providing robes for our visitors, in-closet towel racks, and a vanity. The room also includes a 3-drawer dresser (in the closet), a place to hang clothes, and chair with a floor lamp for reading.
We are located 8 miles east of downtown Paso Robles, 6.5 miles east of Vina Robles Winery and Amphitheater, 4.7 miles from Sensario, 7 miles from the Paso Robles Event Center, and 1 mile west of Tobin James Winery. Our neighborhood is quiet with wonderful views. The drive to the residence is one of the outstanding features, taking our visitors through undulating hills of Oak Trees and Grapevines. Nights are quiet enough to insure a wonderful night's sleep and sitting outside before bed is encouraged as the sky is crazy with stars.
  • Thank you Bill and JJ for a great couple of days with delicious breakfast and good company! I’d recommend this place to anyone passing Paso Robles!

    Filippa2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Bill and JJ were perfect hosts, very accommodating. The bed was amazing, I'm investing in one, I visited midweek so I had the advantage of not having to share the bathroom which was a major plus. And the waffles, of course!

    Josue2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • I picked this space because of the reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Bill and JJ were so friendly and great hosts. They were generous to offer breakfast in the morning, and we had great conversations, but also gave us our privacy when we needed it... each room has a lock/key, individual heater, and a towel rack/bath robes. Also, you have to say hello to the goats before you leave!

    Adrian2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Great place with extra, unexpected touches throughout the property. Friendly and fun hosts!

  • Staying in this home is an experience. It is such a wonderful quaint cozy home with a breathtaking view of the rolling vineyards. There are several places to sit outside and enjoy the view. Inside it’s like a beautiful Tuscany home, quaint, with so many details to enjoy. It has all your necessary amenities while feeling like you’re able to escape the busyness around you. The fireplace area, the bedrooms and kitchen have special touches. My husband and other couple changed our plans so we could stay longer to enjoy all this home had to offer!!

    Eric2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • First-rate accomodation in a very quiet and peaceful location, an exceptionally comfortable bed, perfectly clean throughout the house, wonderful hosts who made us feel completely at home. We hope to return soon, and would definitely stay here if in the area (e.g. even as far away as for a visit to Hearst Castle) in preference to e.g. Cambria, because Paso Robles has so much more to offer in the way of food, wine and being a genuine place where people actually live and work, as opposed to exploiting tourists passing through.

Just two miles away is Paso Robles downtown with boutiques and restaurants and the Mid-State fairgrounds.

  • Our stay with Roger and Melinda was wonderful. They have really made their home welcoming and comfortable to their guests and it is much appreciated. From having an Kureg with English Breakfast tea to all of the thoughtful suggestions for local resturants it made our stay top notch. We would definitely stay again and highly reccommend others to do the same!

    Jason2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place, plenty of room, very clean, plenty of parking space and good neighborhood. Given the opportunity we would stay there again.

    Chuck2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Roger’s place is perfect. Everything in its right place. The mini fridge, microwave and bottled water is an “above and beyond” measure of hospitality. His place is clean and very quiet. Would definitely recommend when you’re in Paso!

    Alex2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great experience here with my first ever stay in someone’s home. Roger, and family, were great. The accommodations were exactly as expected (safe, clean, well appointed, etc.). The home is about five minutes to all the wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown PR. I would definitely stay again.

    Rachel2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great location makes getting into town easy and all wineries are close by. This spot is a loft inside a home, but it was very quiet, private and comfortable. Beds are cozy and all appointments are modern, clean, and working. They had well stocked shampoo, lotion, coffee, water and restaurant suggestions. We came up for a quick winery event and Rogers place made it easy - we will definitely return.

    Amy2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was beautiful, clean and all of our needs were met. The beds were comfy, we had plenty of towels and nice little touches to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was easy, there was coffee and tea for the morning along with to-go cups! Only downside was having to go through the host’s actual living room to get to our loft but he was super nice and professional and basically showed us what we needed to know and then let us live our lives. He was cool! Would definitely recommend for a good night of relaxing.

Pull up an industrial-style stool at the breakfast bar, then take it easy on the leather recliner at this relaxed home with western artwork, barn doors, and cowhide rugs. Snuggle up under cowboy-inspired blankets for a peaceful night's sleep.
  • We had a lovely stay on Ginni's beautiful ranch. The entire house was very clean with sparkling hardwood floors and tile. The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is charming and the views from windows and patio are great. I enjoyed playing fetch with her border collies and birdwatching around the yard.

    Denise2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Such a perfect place to stay. Very close to Paso Robles, yet a peaceful setting in wine country. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and appointed with charming Western decor. Ginni was most helpful and gracious in all respects. She also had some great recommendations (Joe's for breakfast; Robert Hall, Turley, and Ancient Peaks wineries). We got such a kick out of her 3 cattle dogs, which were quick to greet us and eager for a scratch or some fetch each time we returned "home."

    Timothy2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • This is my favorite Airbnb of all the 35+ Airbnb's I've stayed at! Located out of town, in an area of great beauty, it is quiet and peaceful and very, very comfortable. As soon as you pull into the driveway, you know you're in for a treat. Ginni met us as we arrived and showed us around the whole apartment, making sure we knew where everything was. Her three friendly dogs helped greet us as well! A true Welcome Committee. Since this is a working ranch, the decor was ranch-style, which worked very well indeed! Everything was comfortable - we spent time relaxing in the living room; the kitchen is a full kitchen and very well equipped, so we made some nice breakfasts. The beds are super comfy, and there is room to unpack your clothing and toiletries. Many, many amenities are included. At the end of a day of wine tasting and a good dinner, you will want to return to this place of peace.

    Sharon2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Ginni was great. The place was everything I hoped it would be. Super cute and extremely clean!

    Jamie2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We very much our stay. The house was well provisioned and tastefully decorated that it feel very cozy and welcoming. Good location. 10-12 min drive from down town or the light show. I would highly recommend this place to any couple to stay VCC at while in Paso Robles. Carl

    Carl2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This place was perfect for our 3 night stay in Paso. Ginni was an amazing and a very welcoming host. The place was cute and cozy. We had plenty of towels, extra sheets and the softest blankets. The kitchen was full with new appliances. Ginni is stocked up with coffee. We were about a 10 min drive to downtown, about 30 min to Justin and right next door to J. Lohr. I would definitely love to stay here again and recommend it! Also an added bonus, Ginni had three adorable pups who loved the belly rubs and were loving and friendly. Thanks again, Ginni!

    Paige2020-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • The place is perfect! Would stay again. I went with my husband, two friends and my 8 month old son. In addition to the comfort and decoration the space was clean. The comfortable bed, perfect environment to recharge your energy as it is very quiet!

    Pauleniza2020-01-11T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our time in Ginni's home. The sunrise and sunset colors were beautiful. It was private and quiet. The heat worked quickly and efficiently. There were enough dishes and glasses for the four of us. Everything (sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, dishes) was chosen with intelligent care, attention and practicality. Her three dogs were a welcome bonus attraction.

The Hideaway is a contemporary styled-1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and perfect location to walk to Downtown Paso Robles (just 9 blocks-10 minute walk) where you can enjoy all the best restaurants, wine tasting, shops, galleries, movie theater, etc... It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle.
Walk to downtown from this comfortable apartment on the west side of Paso Robles, located exactly nine blocks from the downtown city park. The apartment is a one bedroom, one bath, with a comfortable hideaway couch. The bathroom has all newer fixtures that is always stocked with fresh towels, complimentary Eco-friendly toiletries, hairdryer and offers a beautiful granite walk in shower. There is private, off-street parking directly adjacent to the space. The downtown park is ringed by artisan shops, excellent restaurants, movie theater, wine bars and shops, tasting rooms and more and hosts events almost every weekend including wine festival, olive festival and more. Every Thursday during the summer there's free concerts in the park and picnic baskets and byob wines are encouraged. If you don't have your own, there are wine and beer vendors, too! We love living here and love sharing our space with other people so that they can discover this awesome place that we are fortunate enough to call home. It's perfect for one or two people but there's a sofa bed that is comfortable if there's a third wheel that draws the short straw. ($20 extra)
We love the old time charm of the traditional downtown that the west side of Paso offers and you can walk to the square in 7 minutes.
  • You can expect Liz to communicate with you very clearly and quickly if you have any questions or concerns! Room was clean bathroom was clean! • We had a great stay - the place is small, but extremely clean, and they though of everything. (The only neg. was having to waste water to get wait and get a hot shower). Rita is so friendly, beautiful surroundings - great!!

  • This place was amazing. Steps to wineries and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet! Clean and adorable, we hope to stay here again and again!

  • Thank you for a fantastic stay. This is a perfect location, close to downtown.

  • LoJacono's place was just right for me and my girlfriends. We chose this Airbnb not realizing how a lot of restaurants are walking distance from the place. That ended up being really nice for morning strolls & convenient. Communication was also great. I would always get a response within the hour, if not earlier. Overall, the home was nice and comfortable and the backyard was also a nice little hang out if you didn't want to sit inside.

  • This place was great in so many ways. We loved having a little kitchen to prep breakfast and lunch. It was located near a store so we could pick up some last minute items, and it was minutes away from some of the best wineries up there. It was clean and cozy. It was the perfect size for my husband and I on our vacation.

    Danielle2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Amy’s house was clean and comfortable. It is in a nice location that is easy to get to and a perfect size for four people to stay. We will keep this unit in mind next time we are looking for a place in Paso Robles.

  • Loved Heidi and Paul's studio. The space was really clean, private, and well decorated! We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend staying here. Their place is just a few minutes drive away from the downtown area. Really convenient and fun place to stay at!

  • Best Airb&b we’ve experienced! Perfect to the smallest detail! 5 stars!

    Robert2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Heidi and Paul's airbnb. They thought of just about everything when it came to the design, amenities, and personal touches. It's a very cozy place with everything you need and more! I felt so welcomed the second I opened the door-there was some nice music playing on the tv, there were some snacks and homemade pastries and cookies from their deli and to top it off, they left a sweet welcome letter on the bed. Their place is also in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood pretty close to downtown and some wineries. Would highly recommend Heidi and Paul's Airbnb! I hope to stay there again some time :)

And—bringing eye shades for sleeping will help, as the morning sun pours into the bedroom thru the windows. We’d love to stay here again!

Welcome to the Little Locust Lodge! We are about a 15 minute walk from downtown on the charming Westside. The space is a quiet studio apartment with its own separate entrance. Shaded by a mature Oak tree, you will appreciate the privacy and charm of this sweet little space.
The studio apartment fits 2 comfortably; it is about 220 sq.ft. Amenities include a comfortable comfy queen-sized bed, bathroom with tub shower (including shampoo/conditioner and body wash); kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and electric kettle. Wi-Fi is available to our guests, and the smart TV will have access to Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu (however we do not have cable). Assorted Keurig coffee and tea will be available. Please enjoy the snacks and bottled water that is there! Our house was built in the late 1920's, so it is quirky and charming. We are living in the house above the apartment so expect to hear occasional 'family life" upstairs. We do our best to keep the noise down.
Our neighborhood is quiet, near town, but also on the edge of town! You'll see deer and squirrels, hear the birds chirp, and in the summer you may also hear the Mid-State Fair Concerts! Trash pick-up in the neighborhood is early Tuesday mornings (so you may hear that, too).
  • Caryn’s place had everything we needed. It’s in a great location close to downtown and also close to many wineries. We really appreciated her quick response to letting us check in early!

    Sarah2020-02-23T00:00:00Z

    Jacob2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Spent Valentine’s Day weekend in Caryn’s smart studio. The space was so cozy and felt truly boutique and unique. The location was great for a couple like us who love to walk everywhere. All of our plans and reservations were a quick 20 minute walk away and it made it even more magical being able to explore the historical neighborhood. The Locust Lodge was the perfect weekend getaway - would highly recommend for two people traveling the area!

    Devon2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Caryn’s place is cute, clean, close to downtown and just as we expected. She was great with communication and we would stay there again no question!

  • Caryn made every step of the stay very easy. The reservation was confirmed quickly, we received detailed instructions on where to park and how to access. It was a small studio just as the pictures suggest but has a great enclosed walkway and courtyard to give dogs a little more space. It was a perfect little stay to experience downtown Paso.

    Madison2020-02-08T00:00:00Z

Turn of the century bungalow backing to open space giving you a country feel in a downtown locale. Hip, uncluttered decor, cozy bedding, claw foot tub, porch swing, BBQ, backyard patio with bistro lights & a bottle of wine on us! The house is a cozy 860 sq. ft. We have an Apple TV with Hulu and Netflix, we do not have cable. *Bathroom is accessed through the kitchen not living room. We hold a vacation rental license with the city of Paso Robles and 13% county bed tax is included in your the rate. Airbnb may charge up to a 15% service charge per reservation. Must be 21 to rent.
This house was originally built in 1905 as farm style bungalow, so it's only 860 sq ft. The space exudes charm. The bedrooms are smallish and super comfy with soft linens atop Queen beds. The bathroom is also a cozy size with a cute claw foot tub. The living and dining room are nice sized for the house with a great outdoor patio and dining area. The kitchen is simple and functional. Perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway or a set of friends coming to share a fun wine weekend. We'll even start you off with a complimentary bottle of local wine on us! Sit on the front porch and enjoy our new drought-tolerant landscape while taking in some deer watching or get some exercise with a hike up the back hill for a fantastic city view. Have fun with our old-school record player & LP collection, or our new-school Apple TV with Netflix, we do not have cable. We have 2 very old beach cruiser bicycles that we are happy to lend to ride around town (they are our personal property, and should not be seen as part of your rental price). Plus you can BBQ with our gas grill on the back patio. There are matches in the kitchen sink. The downtown park with excellent restaurants is just a little over a half mile walk, bike or drive. *No extra person charge for children.
Pacific Ave is at the edge of downtown where deer roam freely. From here, it's about a 10-minute walk to delicious restaurants, read a book in a quaint local cafe, or head out to wineries a short drive away up Pacific Ave towards Peachy Canyon.
