We are a couple with 3 children (17, 11 and 7 years old) Located in a quiet area, this 35 m2 apartment is on the ground floor of our house, independent entrance, parking, non-enclosed garden. SUMMER Multi-activities nearby: tree climbing, hiking, mountain biking, beach (Aix swimming pool), lake, paddle boarding, canoeing, boats, trampoline park, climbing, thermal baths. WINTER cross-country skiing/downhill skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing...

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.

Available, a fully equipped kitchen area, a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods, and a kettle. Linens and towels are included. Ideal for a couple.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.

You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.
