Welcome to my little house located in a quiet area, 3 km from the center of Saint-Astier. Close to sports facilities such as tennis, padel, rugby, football and swimming pool, you can also enjoy the greenway and our beautiful market on Thursday morning. My house is 5 minutes from the A89 highway exit and 1 hour from Bordeaux. Conveniently located to visit the Dordogne: 20 min from Périgueux. 30 min from Bergerac, Brantôme. 1 hour from Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux.

The cottage "La Petite Maison", furnished 3-star tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
