Proximity to natural areas such as Hisingsparken and Svartemossen. 300 meters to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to the popular Backaplan (Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen); from there, you can continue into central Gothenburg by bus and tram in ~10 minutes.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️
