Less than 5 minutes from Walmart, I-15, and the Idaho Falls Waterfalls and the Green Belt on the river. Close to some of the best restaurants in town.

I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Downtown/greenbelt is about 1 mile and we are 2 blocks from the IFHS Civic Auditorium. Hospitals are 3 miles, approx 10 mins. 1 mile to full service grocery/department store. Economical and comfortable apt with walk in closet, full bath and plenty of storage space for longer stays. Assigned off-street parking. Electronic keypad access.
