Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Lovely flat in Teignmouth with an amazing sea view that is within minutes from the beach. It comfortably sleeps four. (Double bedroom, double sofa bed in main room, also trundle bed/travel cot available for children) In close proximity to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and the train station. All are within a short walking distance so there is plenty to do. However, in the case of a rainy day there is Wi-Fi, a Ps4, a Wii and plenty of board games to help to keep you occupied.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.
