The house is brand new and newly built. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon and a wonderful sunset. The condominium provides walks in the midst of nature. In 20 min, along a trail down the hill, which leaves from inside the condominium, you are on Silveira beach, ideal for a walk. We have 24-hour concierge.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
