Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Penny's Garden House is a delightful 1BR apartment on the first floor of a two unit home. The Garden House has a new kitchen, quartz counters, new gas stove, washer and dryer. The home was built in the late 1800s and retains its charm and character with the old wood floors still in place. Modern style and decor, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom and office. Best of all, quaint and private back porch overlooking the gardens.
