NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Prealps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Festival City of Salzburg. You will embrace the little house and nature in your heart - I'm sure. PS: For children and pets, the Tiny House is unfortunately not suitable, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.

Our yurt is an original Mongolian yurt covered with sheep wool fleece from the region. It is located on our property where we live a small farm with animals. The small village is quiet and secluded. The yurt can be equipped with double or single beds as needed for the night. Next door is the "cottage" in which there is a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, as well as a shower with hot water.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bath and toilet), as well as a terrace with beautiful mountain views. My place is in the sentium region (Ibmer moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is nice for solo travelers.
