Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

Panthier's Stable

Quiet accommodation in a natural setting, in the old stones of an old farmhouse. You will have a cottage adjoining the main house but nevertheless independent, close to a park with goats and chickens. Horseback riders, a meadow can be provided, with hay and water. Ideal location for tourism, between lakes and castles, a stone's throw from Morvan but also from the Wine Route, at the crossroads between Beaune, Dijon and Semur-en-Auxois...

This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
