Independent studio,included at my house,with large parking (private,free). On the heights of Menton, quiet, with a magnificent sea and mountain view, 20 minutes from the beaches of Menton (by car). Near Italy, nice independent studio in a house( with possibility to enjoy the swimming pool from June to the end of August). 12km from Monaco ( 20 minutes by car ). 11km from Ventimiglia (Italy). Less than 10 minutes from the A8 Access France /Italy.Valley of wonders(Casterino at 1 hour and a half ).

Spacieux appartement tout confort de 4 couchages situé au dernier étage avec ascenseur d'une résidence de standing front mer. Vous pourrez jouir d'une merveilleuse vue sur la mer, le Port de Garavan et les montagnes depuis la belle terrasse de 20m. Vous serez à 2 minutes à pied de la gare des trains de Menton Garavan et du supermarché ainsi que des nombreuses plages privées et de la fameuse plage publique "Les Sablettes". Right in the city center, 5 min walk to Menton train station, 1 min walk to Tourist Office, 150 m from the sea. Located on the ground floor of a Belle Époque house, it is a 27 m² studio, full of light and air, with a very high ceiling; the windows and balcony are facing south. The house does not have an elevator. A staircase, very stylish, leads to this building. The house is located on a small street, a few meters from the boulevard, away from the main traffic.
