Hébergement de conception écologique et minimaliste dans l’aménagement. le charme de l’ancien. tout à été chiné voir photos Décoration et aménagement valorisant un art de vivre "déconnecté" (pas d’onde)
    Plein sud , Terrasse avec vue sur le Grand mont et le village de Beaufort et accès zone nature sur l’arrière avec coin barbecue et détente au son des oiseaux et de la cascade. Retiré mais à 5 minutes à pied du village, dans une propriété privée, parking en bout de route. Accès par un chemin pentu de 20 mètres (à pied) . Le logement ne convient pas pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, ni aux enfants trop jeunes (poêle à bois, escaliers, mezzanine, une proximité nature forêt, pente et ruisseau qui demande surveillance …) Local à vélos ou skis à votre disposition (fermant à clé) EN HIVER, nous sommes à 780m d'altitude - ZONE CHAINES OBLIGATOIRE PAR TEMPS DE NEIGE ET VERGLAS , la route est toujours déneigée en hiver mais les équipements spéciaux sont toujours à prévoir . La voiture est indispensable pour rejoindre les pistes : nous en sommes éloignés 1 km piste de fond Beaufort, 5 km Areches, 19 km Les Saisies, 10 km Hauteluce (accès Espace Cristal), 12 km Belleville- Les Contamines. au village 200 m accès navette pour Arêches. - autour du chalet beaucoup d'espace - chauffage : poêle à bois et radiateur bain d'huile (chalet neuf, isolation fibre de bois) Ménage à réaliser par vos soins mais vous pouvez aussi nous le confier : 50 euros à régler sur place.   • The most gorgeous cabin, close to all the amenities you’ll need but with the views and peace of a rural lodge. There’s amazing patisseries, butchers, bakeries and shops down the road, and a market every Wednesday. It was super clean, warm, cosy and has so many lovely little touches. Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!
    Situé sur le Versant du soleil à 1 300 mètres d'altitude sur la route des Grandes Alpes et à 3 km du col du pré (col emprunté pour la première fois par le tour de France le 18 juillet 2018) et de sa vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc vous trouverez directement depuis le chalet : En hiver, des itinéraires pour des ballades en raquettes et des départs pour le ski de randonnée. En été, départ circuits Vtt, de trails, de vélo de route et ballades balisées. Pour vous être agréable, nous mettons à votre disposition des itinéraires de randonnées. Bien sûr nous restons à votre disposition pour des idées de balades.
    Le studio avec son entrée privée et sa terrasse ensoleillée privée elle aussi située à 100 mètres du célèbre village de Boudin. Le village est classé "site protégé" par les Beaux Arts depuis 1943. Il se trouve dans tous les livres et magazines de la Savoie.

  • We can only say good things about Sophie and her chalet. Excellent value for money! An ideal location, clear directions to the chalet, excellent reception on arrival and departure. Very easy communication and always a little care when needed. A cozy and warm decoration. Sophie kindly accepted our cat (who travels with my partner and me everywhere) and he too was very happy with his stay, he didn't want to leave !! And this view from the terrace ...   • Our stay at Helene's place was fantastic! Her apartment is in the center of town, with free parking possibilities and 1-5 minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. Helene is a really wonderful host and person. She made us feel at home from the first moment we arrived. It was great having someone so lovely to share a few meals with (my husband and I love cooking for/with others so Helene was the perfect person to stay with!) As she's a hiking guide, she had some really good hiking tips for us too. Already planning our next trip there ;)

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, there were books, cds and DVDs to keep us all entertained and a small play area in the yard for the kids. Our hosts were very friendly and their communication was excellent. Surrounding views from the house were beautiful and only a 5 minute drive to Beaufort town centre. We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

    Pas de luxe mais le charme d'un chalet basique et chaleureux, orienté plein sud face à la montagne et dans un environnement forestier. L'hiver plusieurs stations sont joignables ; à 5 mn la station de Bisanne, reliée à celle des Saisies ; à 20 mn les Saisies d'un côté ou Arêches de l'autre ; à 30 mn les Contamines-Montjoie. La chambre est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut et les espaces communs sont à partager. Petit bémol. Il faut rejoindre la SdB par un escalier extérieur protégé.
    Les gens qui apprécient le séjour ici aiment la nature et la montagne. La maison est particulièrement appréciable pour son cadre et son calme. Un chemin de randonnée passe à 20m. Et quelques minutes de voiture suffisent pour accéder aux commerces ou aux stations.
    C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et/ou profiter de la montagne. C'est pour ces raisons que j'y habite.

L'accès au centre de la station est possible avec la navette gratuite à 50 mètres. Outre un équipement complet, le studio offre un magnifique panorama sur les massifs montagneux de la Légette au Mont Bisanne en passant par le Beaufortain et sa célèbre Pierra Menta. Bien évidemment, vous disposez d'un casier à ski où vous y trouverez une pelle à neige (oui ça peut servir ;-)). Pour se garer, il y a des emplacements autour de la résidence.   • This big studio in a chalet is much more than we even imagine before seeing it with our own eyes. It is built and decorated with really good taste, the different woods used all around the place give it this perfect and typical cozy mountain chalet atmosphere you're looking for. The bed is really comfortable, the kitchen very spacious, making it really nice to cook in, the bathroom feels like you're in Norway and the direct view on the mountains a constant reminder that you're in a really lucky place. The distance of only 3km from the Arêches chairlift put us in a really convenient distance for skiing, without the touristic nuisance of being in a ski station (the Bersend hamlet is very peaceful and surrounded by nature). On top of a really comfortable and affordable accommodation, Laurence is a really cool person, kind smart and helpful, who cared about giving us a real homestay experience, far from simply renting a room. If the place is available and you appreciate cozy peacefulness, grab it !

Inside, the layout of the rooms is perfect for all kinds of activities (together or separate) with a huge living room with stove on the ground floor and the kitchen and dining room upstairs, then small rooms in the attic. 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets complete the comfort level. The kitchen is well equipped and recent appliances. You have to take the car if you want to climb higher to hike, the passes and lakes are beautiful ... Perfect with kids who loved it!

    Pas de luxe mais le charme d'un chalet basique et chaleureux, orienté plein sud face à la montagne et dans un environnement forestier. L'hiver plusieurs stations sont joignables ; à 5 mn la station de Bisanne, reliée à celle des Saisies ; à 20 mn les Saisies d'un côté ou Arêches de l'autre ; à 30 mn les Contamines-Montjoie. La chambre est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut et les espaces communs sont à partager. Petit bémol. Il faut rejoindre la SdB par un escalier extérieur protégé.
    Les gens qui apprécient le séjour ici aiment la nature et la montagne. La maison est particulièrement appréciable pour son cadre et son calme. Un chemin de randonnée passe à 20m. Et quelques minutes de voiture suffisent pour accéder aux commerces ou aux stations.
    C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et/ou profiter de la montagne. C'est pour ces raisons que j'y habite.

Too bad it was missing a washing machine. The accommodation is ideally located, quiet and 1 minute from Beaufort and lots of hiking nearby. No more than 20 minutes to get to the resort of Les Saisies and less than 10 minutes to Areches. I recommend this rental for your next vacation in the Beaufortain.

    Cosy, sobre et moderne... Laissez vous charmer par son caractère ''montagne'' et son agencement ingénieux.... Dans ses 28m² vous trouverez : une cuisine équipée et son coin snack, une petite chambre et le lit fait, une salle de bain avec douche, un grand dressing et une belle terrasse ensoleillée... Il y a tout pour bien séjourner à la montagne...
    Respirer l'air frais de la montagne, devallez les pistes de ski, escalader les plus hauts sommets, manger des myrtilles ou dévorer du vrai fromage, sillonner les pistes de VTT, renouer avec la tradition, visiter les églises baroques... On ne s'arrete jamais à Arêches! Sauf pour bronzer au bord des lacs et barrages....
    A pied en 5min vous pouvez passer à la coop récupérer du beaufort, à la boulangerie des Croës pour un bon pain de campagne, chez Duc Goninaz pour un saucisson... Puis... On se rejoint au bar chez Dédé pour une délicieuse bière?
