HOME AWAY FROM HOME (no parties please)

This home is a duplex and has 2 homes attached together. We live on the left side and rent out the right side. The entire property is fenced in for a privacy but since we live there we do not allow parties, get together's, smoking or more than 6 guests. There is plenty of parking on the street. Due to Covid we ask you to wipe down surfaces of the home before checking out and return the home back in a clean condition. Please do NOT rent this home for large gatherings, parties, or get together's!

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, small desk and a full size bed. The location is wonderful if you work at the lab or want to go wine tasting!
