Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Ideally located on the Mulderadweg, near the Leipzig Neuseen landscape, Leipzig City 35 km, Karls Erdbeerhof (Döbeln A14) 35 km, the state capital Dresden 83 km, Colditz Castle 18 km, A14 ramp 6 km. With bike shelter, e-bike charging stations and private parking space - perfect for cyclists, nature lovers and explorers!

You have a separate entrance (photo) in the detached house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious living apartment with kitchen incl. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby cot and a children's highchair are available. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). Baker is nearby. You park on the property for free right in front of the entrance door.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

The apartment in the center of Bad Lausick can be reached via a staircase, 24/7 by smartlock and key code. It is located on the 2nd floor and is furnished to a high standard. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, smart TV and 1000 Mbps Internet connection (Wi-Fi), a bathroom with a conservatory & balcony. A parking place is available. Professional washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the in-house laundry (charges apply).

Our private holiday home with its own courtyard and entrance area, parking facilities and plenty of space in the middle of nature is quietly located between Leipzig and Chemnitz. The accommodation has a large communal kitchen with an adjoining dining/living area including seating, a sofa and a television. There is space for up to 9 adults in four spacious rooms. It is possible to create additional sleeping accommodations. Just talk to us!

Spend a quiet time in the attractive small town of Frohburg. All facilities for daily needs are within a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. A fully furnished apartment is offered for your own use.
