In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby crib and highchair are provided free of charge. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

The apartment in the center of Bad Lausick can be reached via a separate entrance, 24/7 via smart lock and key code. It is located on the ground floor and is furnished to a high standard. It has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining area with smart TV and a 1000 Mbps fiber optic connection for use via Wi-Fi. A parking place is available. Professional washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the in-house laundry (charges apply).

Our private holiday home with its own courtyard and entrance area, parking facilities and plenty of space in the middle of nature is quietly located between Leipzig and Chemnitz. The accommodation has a large communal kitchen with an adjoining dining/living area including seating, a sofa and a television. There is space for up to 9 adults in four spacious rooms. Spend a quiet time in the attractive small town of Frohburg. All facilities for daily needs are within a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. A fully furnished apartment is offered for your own use. In the immediate vicinity, a nature reserve invites you to take long walks or bike tours. There are also several castles and fortresses, a local recreation area and several lakes nearby.
