Charming old farmhouse for rent on beautiful Varaldsøy. Located in rural area, about 500 m from the ferry dock, with beautiful views towards Hardangerfjorden, Folgefonna and Kvinnheradfjella. The house is approx. 90 m2, plus loft with 3 bedrooms/loft living room. 11 good sleeping places plus baby bed, kitchen and bathroom are refurbished in 2022/23. Terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Great hiking areas right outside the door, about 500 to the beach. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented 14 feet of boat with 9.9 hp engine can be rented.

Welcome to Tjeltveit Fjordferie! Newly renovated apartment in the garage loft with a great view of Ombofjorden, and with good hiking opportunities in the nearby area. Perfect stop for those of you who are going on a trip to Preikestolen and Trolltunga. There is a private kitchen and bathroom in the apartment, and it is also possible to borrow a travel bed for children. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and the drying rack is in one of the closets. There are duvets and pillows, bed linen and towels in the apartment that are included in the price.

And it comes with a long-running family history. The kitchen and the bathroom have been completely renovated and have a top modern standard. Get an experience and good night sleep in scenic surroundings. The cabin is well equipped, maintained and sheltered from traffic. Short distance to E39 which takes you to Stavanger in an hour and otherwise has good availability to the Dalane region. - NO noise - NO transit - Only one other cabin in the same area - Buzzing animals in the near area during summer - There is no fireplace / wood stove in the cabin,but there is the possibility of a fire pit outside if desired

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
