Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The big red electric boat has two big batteries and a strong 800 watt engine. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would usually cost 70 EUR/day rental at the harbor. The boat is included in the nightly price.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

With 2 terraces and surrounded by vineyards, this spacious apartment is located in Sankt Margarethen. They live about 500 m from the family park and about 500 m from the Römersteinbruch with the open-air stage. Rust am Neusiedlersee is about 3 km from the apartment. The 55 m2 apartment is located in St. Margarethen (Berg) on Lake Neusiedler and is surrounded by vineyards and bike paths.
