The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

The accomadation is for 3-4 Peaple. A Bed (1,80x2,00m) and a studio couch (1,40x2,00m). There is also a possibility to sit outside at the terrace. Not included is the tourist tax of 1 € per person per night.
