Major attractions, cultural experiences (cinema, concerts, theater and exhibitions) are within reach of the accommodation. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful courtyard. Ideal for couples.

Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

A spacious kitchen area is equipped with a large wooden dining table surrounded by light-colored wooden chairs, featuring patterned cushions. Cabinets in warm tones line the walls, and a window allows natural light to fill the space, accented by decorative wall art.

The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique. At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Unique designer apartment located in Spa Residenz Neusiedl with direct access to private SPA area consisting of indoor pool, relax rooms, several saunas and outdoor pool, which are free to access. Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

Glamping = GLamorous Camping, the new trend: back to nature and simplicity, yet comfortable. Peace, seclusion, freedom, lake, grilling, fishing, reading, boating, surfing, sailing, cycling, wine, bush taverns, Burgenland, pile building. The big red electric boat has two big batteries and a strong 800 watt engine. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would usually cost 70 EUR/day rental at the harbor. The boat is included in the nightly price.

A modern kitchen area features a light color scheme with a dining table set for four. Decorative mirrors adorn the wall. A wooden countertop complements the kitchen appliances, which include a stove and microwave. Natural light filters through a window, enhancing the welcoming ambiance.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Our apartment 2 Ruby: It has 65 m², a wardrobe, a beautiful, fully equipped modern new kitchen, a living-dining room with a large comfortable sofa bed and a bathroom en suite. Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a 2nd large bathroom with shower, 2 cable TVs and free Wi-Fi. A seating area in the romantic courtyard right in front of the apartment invites you to have breakfast and linger.
