Our idyllic little studio apartment is in the heart of historic downtown, where great restaurants, wine bars, cozy terraces await you. The main landmarks are just at your fingertips, and you can also find a grocery store and drugstore within 50 meters. The apartment's kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a kettle, or you can find the most necessary things for cooking. A air conditioner takes care of a pleasant and constant temperature. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but not accessible, two stairs lead to it.

Mit deiner Anmeldung erhält ihr außerdem gratis die Burgenland Card mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen! Der Check-in ist mittels Zahlencode rund um die Uhr möglich, auch wenn wir einmal nicht da sind.

The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The big red electric boat has two big batteries and a strong 800 watt engine. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would usually cost 70 EUR/day rental at the harbor. In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.
