the Cabin is a perfect place to spend cheerful hours while listening to the crackling fire in the wood stove and the rain drumming a beat on the roof. delightful, comfortable and romantic; bright, airy but cozy, the cabin is the perfect place for two. the new fire pit and a Finnish sauna are only 2 spots out of many opportunities at the Cabin. the interior is updated and renovated and expresses a scandinavian sensibility culminating in an efficient and minimalistic design.

Our house sits atop the hill in Jenner and offers views of the Russian River just before it meets the Pacific. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

Nestled in the historic hamlet of Villa Grande, this two story cottage has a forested, off the beaten path vibe, and is walking distance to a beautiful secluded beach on the Russian River. It’s a 5 minute drive to Downtown Monte Rio, 10 minutes from Guerneville and Occidental and a stone's throw from the coast, towns, and wineries that Sonoma has to offer. Great for work (high speed internet) or play. Access to a kayak in summer.
