Double back bedroom in a homely oasis close to Manchester's centre. The house is full of plants, maps & books, plus a woodburner, 2 cats... & 1 friendly human. It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

*Check-in is 8pm due to work/dog logistics, msg to discuss earlier arrival!* A twin single room in a lovely little detached house, 15-20 mins walk from Manchester Airport train station (using G*ogle Maps) with overnight parking. Very close to all transport links. Cheaper than the airport Hilton and much cosier! The room is unique with plenty of pop culture paraphernalia to browse. Happy to leave guests to their own devices or to chat and watch a film with me in the living room, whatever works!

Five minute walk to all amenities including frequent, 24hr bus service to city centre; 15 minute walk to tram stop (to Old Trafford or the Etihad); 12 minute walk to train station to airport or city centre. It is 15 minutes by car to Etihad stadium and the new co op area. 15 minutes by car to the united stadium.
