Villa Huvikumpu. - Maalaisromantiikkaa lähellä kaupunkia 1930-luvulla valmistuneessa pikkutalossa. Talo on lähes satavuotias, eikä ole luksuskohde, mutta tarjolla hyvät ja rauhalliset yöunet. Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Huoneistossa on opettajan koroke ja ulkoportaat, ei ole siis esteetön. Ulkosauna lämpenee lisämaksusta. Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, 8km keskustasta. Muu osa rakennuksesta on majoittajan omassa käytössä. Pihalla on tilaa oleskella ja esim. grillata. Sopii hyvin myös lapsiperheille.

Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & Sauna add luxury.

Asunto on hyvin varusteltu ja siellä on kaikki keittiövälineet ja tarvikkeet. Kylpyhuoneessa on pesukone ja kuivauskaappi. Huoneisto on Imatran Kylpylän yhteydessä ja sisäkautta pääsee kylpylään, kahvilaan ja ravintolaan. Ilmainen pysäköinti omalla autolla liikkuville. Juna-asemalta kulkee bussi Imatran kylpylään.
